    Peter was born in 1978 and ambered in 2015 or 2016, making him older than the 30-35 range. Of course, Peter may LOOK like he's 30-35, which is why the Observers used that description. I also found the statement that this is a "national" emergency interesting, since it implies that under the Observers the world is still divided into nations. (Is Fringe Division's authority now national, or worldwide?)
