Not sure how I feel about the Statue of Liberty being an Angel...she's man made and not stone to start off with, but I guess it makes for good tv.
ReplyDeleteanything that looks like an angel can take the form of an angel. Remember the video wasnt stone.
ReplyDeleteI think the angels are collecting time energy and making any form of statue into angels
It already feels so heartbreaking. And you do not say sth like that in first sentence! (I mean main points obviously!)
ReplyDeleteYeah, I just hope it doesn't seem too corny in reality, that's my fear, lol.
ReplyDeleteRe: River and 11's hands and the regeneration energy, is that before or after the Angel holds her arm? Either he's healing River, or maybe it's bait for the Angel as it feeds on time (and therefore regen energy too?). I'm wondering if that's how she finds Rory in the past, by getting the same Angel to send her back too is all.
it was my guess that he was healing river of something, but the bait is an excellent thought. i actually didn't agree with most the "main points" assumed by the poster to be honest.
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to make sense of her huge grin in the shot of the Angel holding her arm, it does seem like she's encouraged it to take a hold of her. It might also explain why it looks like she is keeping an Angel in chains if she needs to travel back to the same time as Rory.
ReplyDeleteright, and there are 2 shots in the preview where the angel has her arm. it is almost as if she has put her arm in its hand. i wonder if there is something keeping it from using its "powers" and she is showing this to the doctor, as she seems to be having a conversation with the doctor while her arm is being held by an angel ("Doctor, what's wrong?"), i was under the impression that it is pretty instantaneous once it touches you, you are gone. and of course it could just be me overanalyzing it because i am so damn excited to see river back on my screen :)
ReplyDelete*screams nooooooooo* I hope that Amy and Rory can somehow end up together even if they are separated from the Doctor and can never see him again. I just need them to have some kind of happy ending and not have another Donna situation which was just cruel.
