    I'm not surprised. The ratings were lackluster at best.

    The article also said:
    "The odds for sophomores Fairly Legal, which narrowly escaped cancellation after Season 1 with a total revamp, and Necessary Roughness, are considered 50-50."

    If it's a choice between Fairly Legal and Necessary Roughness, I'd much rather USA axe Fairly Legal and bring Necessary Roughness back.

    Shame, it had potential, which is more than you can say for the other shows on the chopping block. Fairly Legal already got its second chance with a major rework--in completely the wrong direction. I'd have given Common Law another shot.
