    Well, those two are going to have to hash things out. But they have to learn to be flexible with each other. Booth likes steadiness; Bones likes freedom. They'll have to learn to communicate on a more vulnerable, emotional level--just like any couple has to learn to do if their relationship is going to be successful.

    He's not the only one who has to work out his issues. It's obvious that she's angry too for letting her hapiness depends on another person. Look at how "independant" she's trying to be while cooking breakfast, it obviously affects Booth because he thinks that she doesn't need him anymore. Their talk is going to be pretty serious but they'll work it out eventually.

    Brennan never relied on anyone else for her own happiness,she was always independent, and self sufficient.In all the years the show has been on its been talked about numerous times by her and Angela,especially when Angela is trying to show Brennan something about herself.

    Of course things will work out,i've no doubt about that...

    Of course she has always been independant. But things are different now because all of her decisions somehow affect Christine and Christine is Booth's daughter so...
    Also, that may be just my opinion but Brennan has never been really happy to me in the previous seasons. I remember that scene with Angela where she's talking about how her life turned out the way she expected and Angela asks her if she's happy about it and she says "It's how I expected". That was season 5 so not so long ago.

    Christine belongs to both Booth and Brennan,and what ever they decide it will always affect Christine.. Things will always be different once a baby is born,your whole world changes.

    The situation they are in now is because of Pelant,its just going to take time to work things out..
