Annie Wersching, who as 24‘s Renee Walker oft got Jack Bauer’s pulse racing, will be monitoring blood pressures, as a nurse, in a season-opening arc on ABC’s Body of Proof, TVLine has learned. Wersching, though, surely isn’t “just” playing a garden-variety nurse, right? Perhaps she’s just a bit… naughty? A rep for the ABC procedural, which returns at midseason, was mum on details, but did confirm that the actress would be “front and center” as part of the top-secret double-episode storyline.

ReplyDeleteSo, I guess they laid off three of the best original actors to replace them with three younger, hotter models? This season will be different, that's for sure. Hopefully in a good way all around. :)
ReplyDeleteEven though I will miss Pete to some degree, I think it's undeniable that the show needed a revamp, if not for anything else, for the ratings. I find myself really looking forward to it! This looks like they will be doing another twopart episode, which is amazing, I loved the last one!
