  1. This one is a better synopsis. I guess it means the criminal's trial but who knows. More importantly, is this a criminal we've already met because I want Mark Sheppard back. It could be his appeal trial.

  3. I have no idea which makes me think this is going to be a one-off case and not tied to the larger picture. My guess is that someone Peter arrested in a previous case we haven't heard of is on trial. He must be someone powerful and rich if he can afford a Fixer. The biggest question though is why would the guy have a vendetta against Peter and not Neal. If the case happened before Neal joined Peter, it's a little late coming to trial so I was thinking maybe it's an appeal although it doesn't sound like it. If it is a case we have seen before though, then I want it to go back to the pilot. Mostly because everything is better with Mark Sheppard on the screen.

  4. Thanks,at least i know i didn't miss anything! Since this trial concerns an important and powerful person this might be how Peter gets his job back with Neal and the gang?

  5. Could be but I think he'll be back with the gang sooner than that.

  6. A trial? And the summer is just getting hotter... It almost seems that the season's theme is "you can't run from your past".

  7. The whole trial thing is perplexing. Sometimes synopses like these don't make a whole lot of sense until you've seen more episodes.

  8. Could the political fixer be Olivia Pope?!
