    The costume designer also states the 24th:

    Luke Reichle ‏@RedCarpetLukeSo talked to my contact at ABC Publicity. Pics are released anywhere from 2-4 weeks prior to season premiere which is scheduled for 9/24.

    It's true that its the 24th, even costume designer Luke Reichle stated on his Twitter account that 24th of September. But ABC is taking it's good old time telling anyone the premiere dates for their 2012 fall season.

    I figured it would be the 24th. While I (as I'm sure all other fans) would prefer that it premiere on the 17th (especially since "Rise" aired on the 19th last year), I read a comment online about how not airing the premieres until after the Emmys on the 23rd would allow ABC to REALLY promote the premieres during the show. Either way, I'm glad we have an actual premiere date before all other ABC shows have been announced =D
