  1. It was great! LOL at Smart!Carter.

Fun fact: Allison's brother was played by Salli's husband!

  4. I really don't like Allison treating Carter like he is dumb. It's always been a "thing" but they are hitting it head-on the last two episodes and not in a funny way. And Allison is being such a jerk. Carter shouldn't have lost his heart because he learned some stuff about science. I liked him hitting back with the torpedo/probe thing last week and talking down to Allison's brother, but the underlying premise was that the people around him thought he was less because he's "dumb." This went past the underlying joke that he never gets credit and was just mean.

  5. Allison's never treated Jack like he was "dumb". If anything, this episode really highlighted just how much Allison loves and values Jack for who he is, and his way of problem-solving. (e.g. in the episode, she tells Jack that "you've always been on my level", and her telling Marcus that Jack is "the smartest man she knows"). They acknowledged that they had to think like Jack in order to save the "disaster of the week" (Andy).

  6. She's always been condescending. But in the submarine she was downright cruel (and wrong). And she started this week being very rude indeed. Changing her tune at the end doesn't fix the underlying problem, which is that she thinks (and always has thought) that she's better than Jack. Tess was the only scientist that ever gave Jack credit for thinking through stuff. But when Allison starts sounding like Stark or acts as if she needs to defend him or be ashamed of him to her family, that rubs me the wrong way.

I know its the "thing" but I'd like Allison to respect her husband and actually acknowledge his contributions.

  7. How did she start off this episode being rude? We could just be reading into the character very differently, since I've never ever gotten the impression that Allison has always thought she was "better" than Jack. While I'm a huge Jack/Allison 'shipper, I don't think I would've been a fan of the pairing if one of them felt superior to the other (and I don't think relationships would work if they weren't built on mutual trust and respect!). So I guess we can agree to disagree. :)

  8. I disagree with you Tess was the worst at believing Jack was smart Allison has always believed in Jack . Like Allison I have had a lot of people in my house and sometimes you just need a little quite time so I understand . The new engagement 2 kids a new talking house and the scares from the matrix wow.
