    Everything right now is pefect. Nikita was renewed, TSC was renewed, Hart of Dixie was renewed for a full season order, Gossip Girl is getting a shorted final season. It's all perfect. By the way, I'm celebrating that "final season" part of the Gossip Girl renewal, not the fact that I got a new season. ;)

    This means that no show that I'm watching this season has been canceled. Not a single one! That hasn't happened in several years! Usually, almost all of the shows I watch are canceled. XD

      Don't get to excitied. Nakita will flop next year you'll see, its already flopped. It was a pitty renewal, someones doing a little something on the side for head of the network. Secret circle was a way better show, and should of been renewed. I can't wait to laugh at the 0.2s and 0.3s nakita gets next year. Lol and I hope another network picks up secret circle and we burry nakita in ratings. Cause we all know it will.

    I've been watching this show since the start but was kind of on the fence...I didn't want to see it go but I wasn't like I NEED it (like Nikita which is renewed yay). After watching the finale though I wanted to see more what with all these siblings running around being evil. Also I know it's not anyone's fault here that it was misreported to be renewed but I felt so happy only to refresh 15min later and find out it's gone :( Gonna miss Faye and Jake!

    All I can say is, the CW is full of idiots. Yes, the ratings dropped a lot. However, there are (or, were) more people who watched TSC altogether than HoD. And the ratings were still higher than GG, but of course TSC was the show that got canned.

    The problem is, people assumed it would've been as great as TVD. But like I've said before: different producers, different shows. Just because the books that the shows were based off of were written by the same author, it led people to believe TSC would do as well as TVD. So of course people immediately became disappointed with the show and stopped watching. 

    People thought that TSC was such a big disappointment and "it should've done better with the help of TVD". NOT EVERYTHING REVOLVES AROUND TVD. TSC is (or, was) it's own show. And for a show that was supposed to live up to the expectations that it would measure up to TVD, I think it did pretty well for itself. A lot of people, myself included, actually began to find TSC more enjoyable than TVD. 

    IMO, CW made a big mistake canceling TSC. The show had potential, it had enough viewers to keep it going for another season, it had (still has) A LOT of fan support.

    That sucks. It deserved another season. How do they renew nakita and cancell secret circle. I thought the upfronts were next week. This is bullshit. I'm done with the cw network and so should other people. Put that crappy network out of buisness. Very upsetting it was cancelled.

    Then get me Chris Zylka and Phoebe Tonkin back as soon as possible. Britt was awesome in LUX but not really in TSC, I'm sorry. Come on, her grandmother just died and she didn't shed a tear, just look miserable and then make everything about her in the next scene. I liked Dark Cassie. At least that was I hoped she would be if there was a second season, with the four other Balcoin children..

    That goes to show you that you need to draw your audience with a good premise and development at the begging. I watched the first six episodes or so and It was just a mess. People say it got good, but it was definitely too little, to late.

    Only spin-offs can give themselves the luxury to be so bland until they find their footing and even that is dangerous.

    A LOT of shows have potential (bless thy Firefly) but if you can't shape that into cohesive form, it just goes away like steam.

    You have your answer right there. It went from over 1 (1,2 I think) to 0,5, on a thursday night, in his first year, having the vampires has a lead-in

    Losing 0,7, in one year, is HUGE. Sure it had more viewers than GG, but the demo matter more and GG didn't start the season as high at TSC. If TSC has lost so many viewers in 1 year, what do you think would've happen in the second season? 0,4-0,3? lower? The CW need stable shows if they want to have any chance to survive. The decision is making sense, it wasn't a mistake. They can't afford shows who are losing more than half of their demo in one year

      For the season the secret circle averaged 1.84 millions viewers. If you go look at the episodes viewers for each one. You'd understand what a mistake cw made. Check heart of dixies viewers for the season, or nakitas or gossip girls or 90210 the secret circles are better then all of them. It shouldn't of been cancelled.

     I was a little disappointed that the show wasn't picked up and that the ratings weren't better but after seeing the uninspired finale, I think this cancellation is for the best.  Most of the people in this cast are good at their jobs and deserve better projects.

    I know but I sort of hoped that if it was picked up that the producers would know what works and what doesn't work. The character that never has dissapointed me and looks interesting to me was Diana Meade. I liked High Diana and #Pizzana forever! Her being the other Balcoin child made it really interesting..

    TSC fans are making waves.. there's 2 petitions with over 14,000 signatures and the media is paying attention to us. Were winning polls like crazy, twitters blowing up. Keep it up! We have till thursdays upfronts to change their minds. Abcfamilys website is blowing up cw website is blowing up. We gotta keep going. Comment on this post as much as you can. Tell everyone you know to sign the petitions. Tell all the media blogs what were doing. Fans have saved a show before, we can do it for this one. Which is actually good. Don't watch anything live on cw either, make them suffer. Save secret circle.

    well i just finished watching the entire first season and it was meh... I almost stopped watching several times! the acting was horrible! some of the plotlines were laughable and so so obvious! Im happy with it being cancelled Id rather try reading the books...
