Love Josh Dallas! Does he have to learn any lines for his fairy tale scenes tho? 80% of his lines are "I love you, Snow" and "I will always find you, Snow", lol. The guard is so Graham. That's what they meant with reveal. The guard will take off his armour and it will be revealed it is Graham. I wonder if the writers are disappointed ABC spoils so much before the episodes air.
He does more action scenes than anyone, also. And yes, he has more lines than "I will always find you" (Line that I love) I hate when fandom begins to bash characters. Enjoy the show and let another fans love their fav characters.
I don't want them to die, but I can't stand that line anymore. What happened to Snow and Charming of 'Snow Falls'? They were cute, snarky fun. Now they're always going around in circles with platitude dialogue and their extra-sparkly-special twu luv saving the day. They need a lot more depth next season.
Yes, many characters have such hook lines, but some of them are overused by now. The writers repeating them all the time makes them less special. It's the same with their jokes about magic in Storybrooke. It's only funny if you don't use it all the frickin time.
Pretty much. It was cute the way they used it in the pilot and tied it to the way they interacted in Snow Falls but now it's been used so much it has lost all real significance.
I have to disagree. "As you wish" was a funny line, filled with irony, while "I will always find you", when said over and over and sometimes alone staring at the distance gets plain tacky.
I love the show, but the dialogues are really bad sometimes.
Its a fairytale show whose main selling point is that it is different. It merges grimm brothers original versions with Disney versions and adds a sort of realistic approach to the world setting.
People are not watching OUAT for sugar, cheese and all that stuff that sometimes gets into the show.
People are watching OUAT for awesome good quality storylines, plot twists, good characterization of characters, unique darker takes upon fairytales and mind-bending lost-type cruelty.
So certainly hoping that the love-hate back-and-forth dynamics of Snow Falls will be back.
Castle's finale was intentional. It was being cheesy and it knew it and it playes upon it.
AS for TVD...well, there's a perfect reason on why its under a lot of criticism during the past year.
AH¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ So do you know why is EVERYONE watching OUAT? Because yes, some people maybe watch the show just for Snow, or Charming, or Emma and Henry. Seriously, I can't with you, I can't. You love Regina and Rumpel and you think everyone loves them. BUT NO. I'm tired with this fandom.
While IN THIS INSTANCE I feel its very fitting as its pretty much depressing tone considering the situation he is in, in overall the only really needed "find you lines" were pilot, snow falls, heart of darkness and this episode.
It's not a matter of playing who is your favourite character... My point was that regardless of if you like Regina or Rumple/Gold one has to acknowledge that Lana and Robert's performances as actors are spot on episode in-episode out no matter what material they are given. That unfortunatelly for me is not a feeling a get with the other actors. The fact that I have this complaint over the "I will always find you" and not over the "deary" is testament to that. Granted it's not GG or JD fault. It's a line that's been over(and miss)used by the writers way too much, but because it has become a point of conversation it also seems that they're not able to pull it off everytime either.
Eye candy is always good,be it for man or women! The Huntsman is in it but i don't know if its throughout the finale or scene? we'll find out in 3 days!
Has to be Graham/Huntsman. He's the only one that works under the Queen that I can think of that would use a bow and arrow over a sword. Plus, he's helped Snow before. Helping Charming escape would be helping her.
I personally watch it's show for it's full complexity, because yes, it's about a more complicated and interconnected interpretation to fairy tales (which alot stem from Grimm Bros and are kind of gruesome, which most likely further stem on myths and theology...also can be gruesome), but underneath it's more about relationships, family dynamics, and choices we make for the sake of our beliefs and the people we come to love.
I think they are using it, to remind of us of Lost. I agree it's a little heavily used, but can appreciate the emphasis of really believing in that and to remind some of the audience that isn't paying attention to a theme...
I love this show..but the CGI is terrible. It´s too bad that production of OUAT can´t be done here in Europe. So many beautiful castles and palaces here that would be perfect for show like this
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Oh, JOSH DALLAS, you make my body burns¡¡¡
ReplyDeleteDamn it. Told myself I definitely wasn't going to watch this sneak peek either, but I broke again.
ReplyDeleteWow, Charming, that was awesome! And I bet that was Red or someone else.
Graham? Do we think?
ReplyDeleteHe is Graham, sure¡
ReplyDeletePS: Charming is fucking perfect¡ :D
Oooh who? Red? Wait could it be the Huntsman? I know he is back for the finale?Probably Red.....

ReplyDeleteGO CHARMING! Great fight!
ReplyDeleteAnd also... Graham? ;)
I really want Charming and Snow to die so I will never have to hear the line "I will always find you" ever again. Talk about an overused line!
ReplyDeleteEvery time one of these is posted, the temptation to watch gets stronger... I don't know how much longer I can resist!
ReplyDeleteI don't mind. I absolutely LOVE this line. It's very beautiful!
ReplyDeleteAs "Every magic comes with a price" or "deary" or "please".
ReplyDeleteMaybe you have to watch another show.
YES¡
ReplyDeleteIt's as "As you wish" in Princess Bride <3
He does more action scenes than anyone, also. And yes, he has more lines than "I will always find you" (Line that I love)
ReplyDeleteI hate when fandom begins to bash characters.
Enjoy the show and let another fans love their fav characters.
Aw, I love them, though!
ReplyDeleteI don't want them to die, but I can't stand that line anymore. What happened to Snow and Charming of 'Snow Falls'? They were cute, snarky fun. ReplyDeleteTotally Graham!!!
ReplyDeleteI was expecting the sneak to end way before we even got to see that.
I am 100% sure that it's Graham.
ReplyDeleteI honestly couldn't agree with you more...
ReplyDeleteThere was no bashing there, just an observation.
ReplyDeleteYES!! OUaT is going all Castle on us!!!
ReplyDeleteGo crazy on the sneak peeks, people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, many characters have such hook lines, but some of them are overused by now. The writers repeating them all the time makes them less special. It's the same with their jokes about magic in Storybrooke. It's only funny if you don't use it all the frickin time.

ReplyDeleteI'm not talking about that web.
ReplyDeleteI'm talking about the webs.
When you love some character you begin to bash another....I've seen that many times.
Lana and Robert are boring for me.
ReplyDeleteSee?
Everyone has their favs.
Not everyone loves Rumpel and Regina.
For me, OUAT is Snow&Charming&Emma.
Agreed.
ReplyDeleteI still love both characters separately. Especially Snow.
When separate they are awesome. Once they meet, sugar ensues.
The finale does promise a "twist" in that relationship so hopefully we will see something new. Something more dynamic.
It's a fairy tale show, what do you want? O_o
ReplyDeleteEvery tv love story is a bit cheesy, check Castle season finale too. Or TVD...
Go Charming!!! He is so badass, love him a lot!!
ReplyDeleteI have to disagree. "As you wish" was a funny line, filled with irony, while "I will always find you", when said over and over and sometimes alone staring at the distance gets plain tacky.
ReplyDeleteI love the show, but the dialogues are really bad sometimes.
Yes. They have become boring soap opera characters. I like them witty. Bring back witty!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHang on, these sneak peeks are really bland.
ReplyDeleteIts a fairytale show whose main selling point is that it is different. It merges grimm brothers original versions with Disney versions and adds a sort of realistic approach to the world setting.

Seriously, I can't with you, I can't.
You love Regina and Rumpel and you think everyone loves them. BUT NO.
I'm tired with this fandom.
I agree with the "Find you " being overused.
ReplyDeleteWhile IN THIS INSTANCE I feel its very fitting as its pretty much depressing tone considering the situation he is in, in overall the only really needed "find you lines" were pilot, snow falls, heart of darkness and this episode.
Thanks for the reassurance, haha :)
ReplyDeleteBut Graham is still a child in the fairy tale world. He grew up in the real world!
ReplyDeleteYes, well said... it is a fine line between cheesy and epic. And I also agree that Lana and Robert are the only ones who always get the "epic" effect.
ReplyDeleteLet it be Huntsman!! I need some eye candy in the finale!
ReplyDeleteUmmmmmm, no - what show were you watching? Graham was very much an adult in Fairy Tale Land.
ReplyDeleteIt's not a matter of playing who is your favourite character... My point was that regardless of if you like Regina or Rumple/Gold one has to acknowledge that Lana and Robert's performances as actors are spot on episode in-episode out no matter what material they are given. ReplyDeleteNo prizes for the identity of the good guard.Welcome back!!!!
ReplyDeleteI watch for the cheese :P
ReplyDeleteCan't blame you.
ReplyDeleteHas to be Graham/Huntsman. He's the only one that works under the Queen that I can think of that would use a bow and arrow over a sword. Plus, he's helped Snow before. Helping Charming escape would be helping her.
ReplyDeleteMeh. Prince Charming kinda bores me, and we already know he will escape, since we saw him before the curse. Can't wait to see the Huntsman though.
ReplyDelete:D
ReplyDeleteUm, who's the mystery guy? LOL!
ReplyDeleteHuntsman would seem to fit the clues the producers have been dropping.
ReplyDeleteInteresting. Probably the Huntsman.
ReplyDeleteThat has to be the huntsman!
ReplyDeleteI personally watch it's show for it's full complexity, because yes, it's about a more complicated and interconnected interpretation to fairy tales (which alot stem from Grimm Bros and are kind of gruesome, which most likely further stem on myths and theology...also can be gruesome), but underneath it's more about relationships, family dynamics, and choices we make for the sake of our beliefs and the people we come to love.

ReplyDeleteI am not sure because the press release also called for 'a dark knight'..I forget the actor at the moment...
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was Snow, but the Huntsman seems much more plausible.
ReplyDeleteI love this show..but the CGI is terrible. It´s too bad that production of OUAT can´t be done here in Europe. So many beautiful castles and palaces here that would be perfect for show like this
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see who is that person
ReplyDeleteI'm sure that i'ts Huntsman
ReplyDeleteAs "Every magic comes with a price" or "deary" or "please".
ReplyDeleteMaybe you have to watch another show.
