    Community and Parks and Rec is just a rumor right now brought on by a fake article. 30 Rock is the only one confirmed.

    Whilst I don't think Community has been at all good this season (bar Remedial Chaos Theory), I'm glad they're going to give it one more season a la Fringe.

    It has a strong fan-base, and they deserve one more season to say goodbye.

    JUST A RUMOR. Aside from 30 Rock, nothing has been confirmed. This article was posted days ago as speculation based on the Deadline article.

    For what it's worth I wouldn't want Community to go past a S4. Covering the 4 college years was the best way for this show to go. I will contest the "shorter season" though. I didn't even really need the full 22 episodes, but 18 would have been nice. I think I could deal with 15, but 13 would not be enough IMO....

    Not entirely sure but I think Community needs 17 episodes for syndication and Parks needs 20? However many episodes are needed that will most likely be the order each show gets.

    30 Rock yes should end next season and it is, The Office should not get a new season but will but damn make it its last. Community should get a full final season as 4 seasons makes sense in the structure of the show. Parks should go on for a few more seasons it has plenty of more life in it. If NBC think all their new comedies and dramas are going to be hits they are crazy. Parks may not be a hit but its got the loyal fanbase and acclaim.

    FINAL PARKS SEASON? YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME?!?!?!? PARKS IS THE NEW AND BETTER OFFICE , I THOUGHT THAT WAS CLEARLY ESTABLISHED!! WHY WOULD THEY END THEIR FUNNIEST SHOW!!

    I'm OK with "Community" ending after four seasons, but in that case they should give the final season an episode order of more than just thirteen. This isn't a first-year show or something on FX. Then again, we should probably be grateful it made it this far (but so should NBC -- I mean, quality's gotta count for something!).
    As for the "Parks" rumor -- I do hope that isn't the case. Yeah, it's better to know in advance than to go through the whole will they/won't they [renew it] phase -- but this one doesn't need to end after just five years. And if it does, at least give us a full season (considering the first one only had seven episodes).
    All in all, it begs the question: Does NBC really have that much faith in its slate of new series? Because based on (admittedly very shallow) first impression, most of their comedies seem to suck, and "Up All Night" probably won't make it past its second year if it keeps performing the way it has. Networks keep thinking they'll just cancel all struggling series and next year will be better, but each year it gets tougher yet to launch new hits -- and even the few ones that manage to emerge as breakouts (i.e. Fox's "New Girl") end up with a major ratings decline.
