    I'm thinking it was either Chief Jackson or this Micheal Ames character, Rosie said in that recorded messege ''Oh my god, he's here!'' she must have over heard a convo between Jackson and Ames she wasn't supposed to and thus is why shee's dead. Maybe they were afriad that she was going to speak out about what she heard? That's why she was killed, too keep this secret meeting a secret and Jackson can preserve these talks betwen her and Mayor Adams.

    I have the feeling that this whole "city hall conspiracy" is a huge red herring... By the way, I don't care. Second season of this show is amazing. Whoever killed that little biatch, I'm sure it'll be shocking.

    I tried to like season 2 and the way they went with the storytelling but I couldn't.  I'm just reluctantly riding this out until the end.
