    I'm going for Derek too. That's not the front of the plane but the back and Lexie was lying under a pile of ruble but half of her body was visible...God, I hop it's Derek ;-)

     We didn't see everyone on the plane. We saw Karev getting ready to get on it but we actually didn't see him on it. Maybe when Arizona got on the plane out of anger on Karev, Callie too joined her. Richard, Owen, Teddy, Bailey, April and Jackson are for sure not on the plane. I just don't want Callie or Arizona to die, the only option left is Lexie. So I hope its her.

     Lexie is not the one under the plane. She is clearly seen bleeding in the US promo in the open and not under the plane.

     Lexie dieing will affect Mark, Meredith and Derek the most. MerDer won't
    leave. Mer will be traumatized and Cristina will stay 2 support her.
    Lexie dated Alex so he'll be affected too and won't leave.
    Callie/Arizona dieing wont have that effect. Only Alex will stay and Mark'll be
    affected. Everyone else will move on.

     Could also be Arizona's arm, she's married as well and I think with the wounds and the blood you could mistake it for a man's arm. But I do think it's Derek as well.
