I bet she's talking about something like Snow White eating the poisoned apple. It did lead to her death, but we know for a fact that it won't stick since Charming bringing her back to life with true love's kiss kicked off the pilot. It's Kristin, so I don't expect much more than that for now. Gold would be a shocker for sure though. But I don't see it happening now that they've set up being reunited with this son as his endgame.
So the mystery or which room mate is thinking of moving out has been revealed. I was waaaaay off. My bet was on Winston. Well since this is CAroline we're talking about I'm fairly confident is is not going to go through.
Of she could be refering to what was spoiled in the promos of Regina being trapped and Emma chopping her head off... which IMO is pretty clear is a nightmare....
I'm fairly certain she's talking about August. Her comment about it 'not going to stick' is probably referring to him turning to wood, and they might be able to bring him back if that happens.
Gold is out of question. Regina too, since they both have ongoing plots thanks to latest two episodes.
August is pretty much a given, although I doubt that would be that big.
David getting killed as season cliffhanger would be pretty cruel and right up the ante of this writing staff tho. And its quite likely since the reunion in finale.
I seriously doubt Kristin would ever have that kind of inside scoop, and if she did she'd be dropping some painfully obvious hints. There are only two possibilities IMO, either it's August (my guess) or she's talking about Emma 'killing' Regina while she's tied to the apple tree, which will then turn out not to be real, so she won't actually be dead (hence the 'it won't stick' clue). Still gonna put my money on August, though.
But you see the way its worded, makes it seem that its someone "viewer would NOT ever expect to perma-die". She is not saying that "the death won't stick" she is saying that an average viewer would not expect such death in the first place.
As for reliability, while kristin is HEAVILY unreliable and for most of time just reads episode synopsis and re-words it as "spoilers", from time to time she does have some credible inside info. I guess we will find out once more reliable spoiler providers start to give some hints in the coming week.
David/Charming is likeable guy, but the potential plotlines for them are running out and the finale will already be the closing chapter of snow/charming leading fullcircle to the premiere of the show, with him saving her from apple and etc. Add to that the reunion in finale and there are very few ways the show could go now.
if we are to think big we have Emma, MM, Henry, Gold, Regina, David as the BIG characters whose deaths you would not expect.
Emma, Henry, Gold, Regina have open huge plotlines.
MM and David are runing out of them, HOWEVER there are more gaps and jumps in Snow's backstory than in Charming's. We pretty much have entire chronological backstory of Charming now, while snow white has gaps of years upon years that can be filled in as flashbacks.
And its about redemption. He has already started to redeem himself and I would not be surprised if the end of his redemption would be something like jumping in front of regina's bullet meant for Emma or something like that (paralleling the fact of him saving her in ep1 ftl)
I am just looking at the facts and things do not look good for David.
Hmm I find this a very interesting analysis and very possible. Plus it would be Regina's ultimate revenge on Snow. I actually question why she didn't just kill David/Prince Charming a long time ago.
That's a fascinating theory. However, I hardly think that David will be killed off, even though you are right that he's running out of possible character developments. But in my opinion, the spoiler is probably quite exaggerated - right now the spoilers for every show promise a major gamechanging twist because they're trying to get more viewers. My bet is that either August or Belle will meet an untimely end. We already know that August is dying, if Emma sees him die a "supernatural" (so to speak) death that might explain her running away from Storybrooke. On the other hand, Regina has yet to let Rumple know that Belle is still alive and we know she'll try to get back at him.
Borednow is just trying to rile you. They won't kill Charming. He/she just tries to find the most contentious plot concept and then pushes it as hard as he/she can. If you can, let it go. xD
Well as far as I remember the writers did consider killing Charming off in the Pilot. The idea of Snow losing the "thing she loves most" seemed to interest them. Doesn't mean they'll kill him off now, but I don't think it's an extremly outlandish theory.
Snow Falls, Heart of Darkness and pretty much every snow-based episode had some of exploration of HOW losing him would affect Snow White.
I like the guy, I like the character and it has nothing to do with me "wanting" or "not wanting" to rile up people.
Its just my opinion as when I look at the facts presented, David's death has far more plot potential(the character growth for Emma and MM alone could fill up entire S2) than his survival. His death offers plotlines for EVERYONE, including Regina, if she is at fault for that. His survival on other hand does not seem to offer as much of drama nor plot potential.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Is it just my imagination or does Kristin never really know anything that could considered noteworthy and new?
ReplyDeleteI wonder who dies in OUAT. Kristin is acting like it's someone very important - Gold?

ReplyDeleteOh, that is a good one! I never even thought of that.

Or its someone you would NOT expect to die, as in someone the show would not dare to kill.
ReplyDeleteAugust is pretty much the "expected" death right now.
So I'd go with David dying in finale after his reunion with Snow, as cliffhanger :)
I seriously doubt Kristin would ever have that kind of inside scoop, and if she did she'd be dropping some painfully obvious hints. You really want David dead, don't you? You want him to do everything wrong than get slashed.
ReplyDeleteEverything you say just, argh. Always thinking/wanting the worst of everything, huh?
I am just thinking logically.

Add to that we have Ausielo's comment on the death being one of "integral characters to the story". I doubt they would label August that.
