Maybe not. David Shore said the last 4 episodes are House/Wilson intensive and Thirteen intervenes with House and Wilson. Although, there could be some weird dream/hallucination element going on, or it could have been BS quoting from Ausiello. My money is still on Wilson dying at some point though.
Ok, as much as I hate it I think I know what's gonna happen in the las few episodes (and I'd really love to be wrong about this) So here's what we've got: Wilson has cance. If you've seen promo of the upcoming episode - 'The C-Word' then you know that it's going to be really intese and may end with Wilson dying in front of House. Titles of the next few episodes: 'Post Mortem', 'Holding On' and (series finale) 'Everybody Dies' suggest that 'The C-Word' could end tragically for both: Wilson and House. Also, check out the descriptions for the episodes:
May 7: “Post Mortem” (...) The only person he does respect is House, who has mysteriously gone missing. With House in absentia, the team has to figure out how to treat Treiber while making him believe that House is calling all the shots.
Me: Ok, so House has gone missing, is it because he can't get over Wilson's death? I think so.
May 14: “Holding On” Former Princeton Plainsboro colleague Thirteen (Olivia Wilde) returns in an all-new episode. (...) Meanwhile, Foreman tries a different approach with House.
Me: Descritption suggests that Foreman tries to help House. Do you see what I'm talking about?
May 21: “Everybody Dies” (Series Finale) In the emotional series finale, which is preceded by an hour-long retrospective, treating a drug addict patient results in House examining his life, his future and his own personal demons
David Shore said that Thrirteen appears to intervene with House and Wilson and she's giving House an advice. Facing what I mentioned previously could it mean that she's trying to help House deal with Wilson's death?
Also - Hugh Laurie said that series finale will be uplifting. Does it mean that in this episode House will finally make peace with Wilson's death?
There are lots and lots of clues. What do you think? Am I wrong? If I am, please correct me cause I actually hate this conclusion for House. He's been through enough and he won't deal with his best friend's death.
May 7 Post Mortem House gone missing because wilsons death, need to think about what wilson said to him "maybe" May 14 Holding on Thirteen returns due to her illness, "she is the patient" she ends up dying. May 21 "Everybody dies" (This seems so fĂting to wilson and 13 deaths" House stop his own drug addict goes to wilson grave and say he succed his promise and he's pain is gone.
A little weird to start your opinion with a spoiler warning, but whatever. Your scenario is definitely possible. If Wilson dies in 19, perhaps House goes on a Vicodin bender to try to hallucinate Wilson, also explains Kutner coming back. I hope this is the case because I would hate to not have Wilson on the last 3 episodes and Wilson is the best part of House's breakdowns.
It's also possible Wilson doesn't die in 19, but maybe what they did is going to kill him soon and House ended up taking Wilson to the hospital against his wishes. House gets the torture of contributing to Wilson's death, betraying him, then having to watch him suffer slowly. Sounds like something House would run away from. Thirteen would also be the perfect mediator for this since it's a situation she lived with her mother and will eventually be on the other side of.
My only problem with House getting off Vicodin in the last episode is that it doesn't seem permanent enough because he's quit and gone back before, so I'd have trouble believing he'll stay clean, which really wouldn't end House's story.
It looks like Wilson lost some weight for this arc. I just hope it goes out with a bang.
Trying to keep my mind occupied is half the battle. The external bone growth stimulator just twists the back muscles into knots. Gonna be a long recovery. (As much as possible)
It's like a small steering wheel with a velcro strap. I put it over the incision and push the button. 30 minutes of pure glee per day. And I am on muscle relaxers.
There is no joy in Mudville. Mighty Casey hs struck out. (That's the narcotics talking.)
Scott you just gave me the chingles!! I hope this is just once a day? If you need to take your mind off your pain i would suggest checking out Fringe, its a good show and the time flies by...
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteokay, forget my comment under the sneak peek. Looks like TPTB once again would gave us a groundless medical drama ;-(
ReplyDeleteAt this point I'm guessing people like Thirteen and Masters are coming back to say goodbye to Wilson.
ReplyDeleteThat's too sad !

I was so sure it's going to be House, but this is even worse. Poor Wilson!
ReplyDeleteMay 7 Post Mortem
ReplyDeleteHouse gone missing because wilsons death, need to think about what wilson said to him "maybe"
May 14 Holding on
Thirteen returns due to her illness, "she is the patient" she ends up dying.

House stop his own drug addict goes to wilson grave and say he succed his promise and he's pain is gone.
Just a Theory more theories people! XD
House finally connects with someone, he screws up and she leaves. His only friend is dying.
ReplyDeleteThis can't end well for House.
Can't end well for Wilson either..
ReplyDeleteGlad your feeling a little better! At least your posting more! :)

In short, I don't know.
They could have said Wilson had Unicon-leprifari syndrom and I wouldn't have cared. It's not really about the medical accuracy.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like Wilson lost some weight for this arc. I just hope it goes out with a bang.
ReplyDeleteTrying to keep my mind occupied is half the battle. The external bone growth stimulator just twists the back muscles into knots. Gonna be a long recovery. (As much as possible)
Yikes! Here i am thinking they had you on muscle relaxants! What pray tell is a this contraption, and how often are you on this growth stimulator?
