    Killing characters off is always the cheap way out, I think. But still, we wouldn't be lucky enough for it to be Owen, would we?


    I like the idea of Derek and Meredith going to Boston and being excited about going together. I like it a lot when they make decisions and him supporting her is lovely.

    I know Meredith is not returning to the show next season but I haven't heard that Derek is leaving so I don't know if the Boston idea could happen.

    No i did know it was a major character, but i wondered if it could be someone else besides the originals, because everyone started talking about maybe arizona was the one dying , even william keck tweeted hs thoughts about arizona being the best candidate

    I think its her too,if we are to believe what Shonda said,if this character has that much impact on everyone,it has to be her.If one thinks about it she is the one who narrates the opening and closing of the show,her house has been the center of everything that goes on,people coming and going its always around her..If you think about all the things that centers around one character in the show,she is the one..I hope i'm wrong,i just can't think of anyone else that would have as much impact on a show then her...

    Kevin McKidd is great. The character is certainly complex. I just don't like him. Maybe it's just that I don't care for the Owen/Cristina relationship and that brings the character down. I'm not sure. I liked him more when he first came on the show.

    Yes she definitely falls into that..and since she is the "voice" of the show,in the beginning,and end i've been debating with myself for days about this.It isn't easy thinking it COULD POSSIBLY be her,but who else has t h a t much impact,who wouldn't be devastated,and who would? I'll listen to anyone else with ideas,but so far i have really only seen Derek,and yes it could be him but i don't think everyone would take it that hard..not everyone.Others have said is better not be...and it better not be...and yes it could be Arizona as well but she isn't one of the original ...So i would love it not to be her,who do you think it is?

    let's be honest, this is a perfect to way to get viewers back and increase ratings! so maybe it is not that BIG death and just a normal death, like O'malley...
    maybe it is Alex or the chief... (asuming is one of the originals)

     If it turns out not to be one of the original cast members,someone who's death would not upset then i will never watch it again..I stopped watching once when i had enough of them,i'll do it again.I'm not that invested in the show..

    yeah with you leaning towards alex or webber being in the line of harm, the ex chief in an accident would have major repercusions on everyone he worked with. Especially Mer (father figure), Derek (ex professor), Bailey (taught everything she know's) and the rest as he was chief for over 20 years.
