    It must be me but in the second promo her acting seemed to forced,when the shrink asked her if the other cop that Castle was with was a female cop, well when she said no her voice went up too high it sounded fake.All of her emotions and reactions to the shrink were off...

     I'd say that Kate is in the midst of a genuine panic in the shrink's office so irrational behavior and exaggerated reactions would come with the territory.

    Agree with Bruce_F.... It also might seem off because we're so used to seeing her in control, even in life or death situations. I think she's acting more "normal" in the shrink's office. :)

    The writers are really building up the tension between Castle and Beckett. Hopefully it will be resolved in a good way soon.

    I agree.Remember in the 5th episode with that thief that was helping the case and was hitting on Castle?Remember the scene outside the interrogation room where Caskett was fighting?I was laughing at that scene because Kate was out of control! "there is no way we're getting on the interrogation room together" remember how insanely wuickly she said that sentence???That's the Kate rising up here!!!

    Can't wait for Monday (or Tuesday in my case - damn timezones)

    I totally love her smile at the beginning of the first one. It's so sad that Castle shuts himself out and pretends to not be seeing how much she actually cares for him.
    Anyone else noticed how she put the coffe down and walked away as soon as she realized that Castle wasn't really at the precinct for her? So heartbreaking...

    But I have total faith in the writers that everything will play out to our satisfaction. Soon.

    Oh wow Kate is freaking out! It's sweet to watch! She's always so controlled - I've come to love these therapy sessions.  It's great to see in her mind for a change. :)

    I just don't understand being that she is so smart, how can she not realize what caused the sudden change in behavior with Castle.  She knew that he had been there when she was interrogating that guy because she saw the coffee and they told her he had been there but had to leave in a hurry. It's odd that she hasn't put 2 and 2 together.

    Well it seems you and i have been out voted! They do have a point Beckett has reacted the same way in the past.She always comes across as if its forced/fake. She did the same after the shooting in September when she was with the shrink.I don't know if Stana is not comfortable with showing this side of herself,or if she feels this is how Beckett would react?IMO I think there is a lot more emotion that Stana could bring to Beckett,i think its a lost opportunity....
