  1. I loved it! Damn you Archie for bringing back the wrong memory and making David look like a jerk! I absolutely loved the intervention at the beginning between Snow and the dwarves. And when she came back to apologize, it was adorable!

And I loved how snarky Charming was after Snow hit him with the arrow. And August was sweet with Henry.

I love Rumpel's crazy ass! He's just hilarious and I think he just lost it even more after Belle left/"died".

Such a great episode! The beginning was awesome too with Red and Charming.

And Emma, WTF are you doing with Gold? STOP THAT. And holy crap at the end with Rumpel! WHAT DID YOU DO? WHAT DID YOU DO?

  2. It was sooooooo good!!! I loved all of it!

  3. - Red Riding Hood going all badass on that army in the FIRST FEW MINUTES.
    - Snow WHite being all batshit angry and crazy. Back to the way she was before she met charming, being all snarky. Love is what separates her form becoming someone like Evil Queen. Loosing it made her revert to how she was during the first encounter with Charming. To go down the same road she was going down towards. The road queen took after she lost all her love. Charming and feelings for charming are essentially Snow White's salvation from becoming someone like Queen. They changed her, back then in 1x03 and now, made her have a future.
    - Bottle of true love will become Emma. Calling it.

WHY YOU ARE SO AWESOME, SNOW?
WHY YOU ARE SO AWESOME, RED?
WHY YOU ARE SO AWESOME, SHOW?

  4. Betting that Rumple somehow transfers that bottle into snow white creating Emma :)

    ReplyDelete
  5. Or both.

It has to do something with Emma, because him creating that bottle was paralleled with him saying that Emma has no idea how powerful she is.

  6. WHY DID MARY MARGARET HAVE TO TAKE THE KEY??? SHE RUNINED EVERYTHIGN FOR HERSELFFF. Ughh you guys I'm ssuper mad. Now it's going to look like she did it. She should have trusted Emma, but then again I can't blame her because options were running out pretty quickly.

  7. Also, he needed the formula for true love. He finally has the potion now.

  8. Ehhh I don't agree with everyone saying that RUmple is becoming some mad scientist and that the bottle will become Emma or an alternative Emma. I think Snow White gets pregnant with Emma naturally and the bottle s just so Rumple has a potion for true love, the only potion he wasn't able to make.

    ReplyDelete
  9. That would be true if not for Mr.Gold's words to Emma about her not knowing just how powerful she can be paralleling his words about True Love being the most powerful magic.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Yeah the bottle had her parents DNA (hair). I am curious exactly how that will play a roll.

    ReplyDelete
  11. I bet he uses the bottled love to create the curse, and as the child of the people he used to create the love and the curse, she would be powerful and its weakness.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Never thought of that. Makes sense.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Yeah, it seems like a stupid idea. And especially harsh after Emma asked Mary Margaret to trust her.

  14. Such an awesome episode.

I loved August revealing to Henry he believes the stories are real and that he wants to convince Emma. I am dying to know exactly who he is.

Glad Henry found that key-it convinced Emma that Regina was the one setting up Mary. Her showing Mary her trust in her was a great scene. :D

I was really excited to find out David's blackouts are when he's remembering the fairytale world as suspected, but so upset he saw the one thing that messed everything up with him and Mary even more. Urgh. David, have a little faith!

I really want David to go back to get more help from Archie. So bad.

As for the storyline in the fairytale world I was so excited about how it turned out. That potion as I expected, had taken more away from her than just her memory and love for Charming. I was totally freaked out by Snow almost killing the bird. She was freakin scary.

Red was awesome turning into the wolf to help James. She totally makes a BA wolf. :D

I found the part where James found the naked knight so darn funny. Then again don't put up your hands.  XD lol

And man, he took an arrow for Snow! I loved that scene so much and Snow's reaction! <3

  15. Really? all i got from the show is that potion took away EXACTLY her love for charming.

Without it she has NOTHING - her love for her father was taken away by regina, as was her "life" she had.

Her love for charming is exactly the only thing she has left to love. Without it, having nothing just eats away at her in hysterical ways(like the bird scene). She was essentially back to how she was in 1x03.

  16. I think that Snow and Charming created Emma.... au natural...

    ReplyDelete
  17. Either way doesn't matter to me. Just glad she's back to normal.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Yeahhhhhh...I still don't think Rumple will be some sort of mad scientist. Now that he has the potion he has obtained the "most powerful" magic. So I think that's what he was getting at. It does undoubtedly have something to do with Emma though, no idea just yet. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

  19. A possible Emmy nomination for GG?

  20. Fairy tale world = AWESOME!
    Real world = Absurd

Please, more fairy tales, less CSI.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Potion took away her love for Charming. The rest of it was all in snow white.  Just repressed by the utter possitiveness of being in love and happy.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I'll say again, as long as she never actually follows through with anything I'm fine either way.

Rumpy's dark and I like him. At least when he's with Belle he's great. So I cannot hate Snow. Besides, the Queen so would have deserved it. Just glad James stopped Snow from doing it. She would have had to live with that.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Actually this makes me worry for Charming in storybrooke.

They have been focusing so much on how Snow would be without Charming that I now expect the writers to off Charming in present times any minute now :/

    ReplyDelete
  24. I just about died when Snow lured the bird into a false sense of security with her humming then tried to bash it with a broom hahaha.. I love how they twist this mythology!  She was so cranky... and the intervention was hilarious!

It's cool that Henry has another ally, though I'm not sure how much I trust August yet.. who knows what his motivations are?

Robert Carlyle is absolutely glorious... here's hoping he gets an Emmy nod in September!
And on a note that pretty much means nothing, I giggle a little every time I see Regina with an apple.  Ohhh, writers...

    ReplyDelete
  25. It's getting more and more complicated, I can't wait to see how it all develops!

    ReplyDelete
  26. That wouldn't make sense. He may not be the main character, but he's important to the story and a show like this should have a happy ending.

    ReplyDelete
  27. The show is written by Buffy, Battlestar Galactica and Lost alumni.

I REALLY doubt that it will get a totally happy ending. At best it will be bittersweet, at worst they all have been dead all along.

  28. could david be less supportive. I dont think so.  Didnt he notice in his dream she was dressed like robin hood and had three feet of hair.  really david.  I am so disappointed in david, but I love charming even more. this was a pretty good episode.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Yeah, bad track history...hey, stop trying to depress me! Let me be hopeful.  I never watched the ending of any of those shows.

    ReplyDelete
  30. This episode was AWESOME!!! I loved this show SOOOOO MUCH!!! :D

    ReplyDelete
  31. I love this episode. August and Henry talk, mas very good dialogue. Snow goes dark, but Charming save her, this lady and gentlemen is the power of love hahahahaha.

In Storybrooke David is a idiot. Emma finally open her eyes for the true. Definitely a great episode.

    ReplyDelete
  32. In defense of David, Emma doesn't have any memories of trying to stop MM from killing anyone floating around in her head.

    ReplyDelete
  33.  Yep. Thought exactly the same thing. And I do believe we were told we would be finding out more about the curse. I think this is part of it.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Can this show get any better?

    ReplyDelete
  35. It was a brilliant episode! But how is that possible that whenever we get to see a beautiful Snow&Charming scene, we also get heartbreaking scene with MM and David. I mean seriously, why didn't he remember like ANYTHING else?! Still, it's pretty great that he's actually able to reach his real memories, it's always a start.
I really wanna know why is Rumple/Gold so invested in MM and Emma's future. And the potion! I'm not suprised Emma went to ask for his help, she seems out of options. And where could MM go?

    ReplyDelete
  36. Loved it!  Finally, Emma actually thinking critically.  'Bout time!  Henry and the book helping.  Yay.

David's memory.  I did NOT expect that!  The intervention was hysterical.  I'm sorry.  Maybe it was the cricket...or the letters but it made me chuckle.

What on Earth could Rumpie's vested interest in Snow White be?

Finally, the show is starting to get both the Storybrooke and Fairytale Land stories on the same level of interest.  Yay.

August is a manipulative guy...I don't trust him.  But I'm starting to think his job is to get Emma into the great battle that will free the spelled people of Storybrooke.

    Great ep!

  37. Is it fair to speculate on this point given the promos?  I was completely on board with you...stupid idea to escape when you're innocent (at least before the courts have found you guilty and you have nothing to lose.)   On top of that...it is never good when you do not know who gave you the Get Out of Jail Free card.  That always leads to a set up.

    ReplyDelete
  38. I thought Mr. Gold was referring to the fact that Emma is the one who is going to break the spell.

If true love was needed to make Emma powerful it was already there between Snow White and Charming.  That's why Mr. Gold needed their hair to bottle it.  I think Mr. Gold is trying to bottle that for some other reason.

    ReplyDelete
  39. But didn't Maleficent create the spell?   My memory is foggy on that point from earlier in the season.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Ok, first step, kill Regina. Second step, slap that couple of
morons that are David and Mary Margaret!!! How can they be so danm stupid???
    My God!!!

    ReplyDelete
  41. Maybe in this case, since the endings have already been written for them they can figure out that the audience wants all the love interests together and nobody randomly dead (or already dead and we just didn't "know" it).

    ReplyDelete
  42. Awesome. I am really looking forward to learn more about Augusts agenta. And I can not believe Mary ran. Stupid.

    ReplyDelete
  43. He finally captured love in a bottle, and my guess that the bottle has something to do with how the curse will/can be broken. It is the thing that can break all curses. And it has something to do with Emma too, somehow, but I have no good guesses on what

  44. When you wake up from a dream 90% of the information is lost instantly and after 5 minutes all of the details are usually gone, sometimes a general feeling stays with you or a particular detail that stuck out  but not much more, not that I am defending the idiocy of David, just saying

    ReplyDelete
  45. Okay, since we don't how time is flowing nor do we have  a complete and accurate time line,  I always assumed the curse existed before Snow and Charming even met, The Evil Queen had the curse at some point but traded it to Maleficent in exchange for the sleeping spell that was on Snow (that was in the pilot) but in 'True North' she sends the kids in for the poison apple, so from that point on I have been confused. My initial reaction to seeing true loved bottled by Rumpy was that it was indeed the origin of the curse but dismissed it. Love is an unpredictable thing and one can never be sure of its outcome, so maybe... so here's to hoping we get answers sooner rather than later

    ReplyDelete
  46.  I thought she acquired it but did not create it. But that was the second episode so I don't quite remember either.

    ReplyDelete
  47.  I hadn't given it this much thought. Could be. Guess we'll find out at some point.

    ReplyDelete
  48. You are David. You just got a tripped out memory dream via hypnosis where Mary Margaret is dressed in medieval clothes talking about killing someone. You:
    A) shrug off the strange clothes to the weird hypnosis thing and focus on what she said.
    B) make some outrageous assumptions about fairytales and previous lives and curses and other stuff you have no idea about.

Its obvious that he chose A. Everyone "rational" would. :)

  49. If two strands of hair from Snow and Charming create "true love," Emma is the manifestation of it, like "love" child.

If hair is strong, she has to be off the charts.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Poor Margaret. Its time that  Emma have a little faith.

    ReplyDelete
  51. I enjoyed this weeks episode. I really do like the music when Snow/Charming have a romantic scene  And Mr Gold was super cool this ep.I'm liking where it's heading now next ep, although MM is silly for breaking out.

    ReplyDelete
  52.  Yep. Thought exactly the same thing. And I do believe we were told we would be finding out more about the curse. I think this is part of it.
