  1. I'll never doubt a Bruno Heller episode again!!! What's going to happen now???? Darcy thinks Jane is working with RJ and has Wainwright helping her!!!! So intriguing!!!

I loved the little moments between Jane and Lisbon too in this episode, they were cute.

  2. This ep had it all! Good cases, some Red John's story arc, good Jane and Lisbon moments...All the thing I love of this show

  3. Agreed, great ep and Jane + Lisbon are the cutest! Glad there's another ep tomorrow, but it seems like they'll probably (temporarily) forget about all the forward momentum achieved in this ep; they always cool things off after a big revelation  -___-

  4. Probably, but this is all leading up to somewhere. I keep thinking that something explosive is going to happen between Jane and Lisbon in the finale, they keep bringing up this partnership...something is going to happen.

  5. Hope you're right. Maybe it's just me, but their affection for each other seems more explicit as of late ("what I want is a little smile," "I missed you" etc).
It better lead up to something big! :D

  6. Liked the ep, and was sooo hoping that we'd finally get to see the team break a case without Jane's help, but alas, that was not to be..... Good ep, though. I know he's the centerpiece to the show, but I would like toe see the team solve a case on their own once in a while.... it's been a long time since the ep where Jane was kidnapped....

  7. i can't believe that the FBI think Jane is working WITH Red John, like he would work with someone who ruined his life and took his family! I am not fond of Agent What's Her Name(honestly,I can not remember her name, lol)

  8. It's not just you. This season alone we've had Jane and Lisbon essentially exclusively working the RJ case (Jane confided only in Lisbon, no one else), the icecream scene in Red Shirt, Fugue in Red in which Lisbon learns about Jane's house (I always thought that was huge). We've had prosecutors and Brett Stiles all telling Lisbon that she is letting her "feelings" cloud her judgement with Jane and her team, Lisbon's obvious jealousy over Erica Flynn and then this whole episode in which every single interaction between Jane and Lisbon seemed like a giant love letter to Jisbon fans including Lisbon being irritated that Darcy wanted to work with Jane alone, Lisbon smiling when Jane said "I need you" and of course the "I miss you's"

That's A LOT, I think that's more than all of the other season's combined. Something is going on...I just have no idea what.

  9.  What's going to happen now? That's a good question. Darcy,
the FBI agent, hasn't enough evidence to arrest Jane, but her strong
suspicion fueled by Jane lies, could be enough to get him out of CBI.
(or at least, out of the RJ case)
That could be a cool cliffhanger and an interesting way to begin season four.

ps: Wainwright is a little weasel! He should back up his men, not stab them in the back :-/

  10. Agent Darcy suspicions are very valid:

Even if it is not his intent, by letting the authorities believe RJ is dead,Jane is effectively helping his nemesis.

He could have been honest with agent Darcy and tell her the truth. He could have opened a little and explained why he lied. Maybe because he's
ashamed of himself, or because he wants to catch RJ himself, or because he's scared to go back to prison ... whatever motivated him. He didn't.
I suspect he didn't because he is too proud to admit that he made a mistake.

Jane is very manipulative, he hide is pain, and he can be cold and cruel. I can see how she could think he's a sociopath
Her questions are pertinent. Why did RJ save Jane and why hasn't he tried to kill Lisbon or her team? Why indeed?

If Darcy see Jane as a suspect, she could go as far as accusing him of
the murder of his own wife and child. Red John would laugh his ass off
    if that happen

  11. That's what makes this so brilliant. It actually makes sense! Sure we as viewers know that Jane is not working with Red John but look at the facts.

Red John has had friends in the CBI before.

Jane has helped to cover up Red John's murder of Panzer.

Jane has refused to admit that Red John is alive, instead he actively tries to prove that he is in fact dead even though he knows that is not true.

When looking at it from that angle, the obvious conclusion is that he IS working for Red John. We know he isn't but it's easy to see why Darcy would believe it. The fun part? How will Jane prove he isn't working with Red John, especially if evidence looks like he is.

This is going to be one interesting plotline!

  12.  I'm not a shipper but even I have noticed it.
I think Lisbon is in love fo Jane but deny her feelings.
I don't sense love from Jane. It seems to me he like her very much, and admire her, but is not in love with her.
    That's my two cent

  13.  Exactly. Jane was a little quick to say "I don't have to prove anything".
I guess he was really hurt by Darcy assumption and, as usually, quickly hide his feelings behind a wall of snarkiness and smugness.
The FBI agent is tenacious and manipulative. She could put his job in jeopardy. Jane will have to react. this is going to be fun to watch.

  14. All the possibilities they opened up in this episode... Awesome =)

Jane being a suspect to work with Red John? Brilliant idea. An getting Wainwright on board with Darcy is just the icing on the cake. I''m really looking forward to seeing how this will play out.

I just remembered something I think it was Bruno Heller said in an interview about the season 3 finale: Jane shooting 'Red John' is one of the most important, if not the most important, scene in the whole series.
I'm kind of starting to get what he meant by that =D
