    This is one of their weakest areas in my opinion.  They don't seem to be too adept (yet - hopefully) at managing the arc stories and their case of the week stories.  They add in an element of the arc story then forget all about it for 2-3 weeks before redressing it.  There're no subtle hints.   For example, the weeks that no one said anything about the little Wesen watching Nick's house...they could have had the car parked across the street in the back drop of an establishing shot.
