Cristina, no. Don't do that to yourself. Just kick his ass out of the house and file for divorce.
ReplyDeleteAmen.
ReplyDeleteI've really loved this Callie/Meredith storyline. I like it when Meredith is pushed and rises to the challenge.
ReplyDeleteYeah!!! We want a divorce!!!
ReplyDeleteReally! What the hell happened to the Christina? Where did she go? Ever since the shooting she hasn't been herself, and Owen is fucking her up even more, damn it!
ReplyDeleteYeah,Teddy definitely needs a girls night out!
ReplyDeleteLadies night should be fun! And I'm over the Cristina/Owen drama. That sounds kind of insensitive now that I think about it, since it's a real problem (on a TV show, granted) but there's no way to reconcile. They want different things, and I don't think either of them will ever change their mind. Just admit that it can't work, file for divorce, and move past it.
ReplyDeleteI really don't like how Owen's always seen as the bad guy. Sure, cheating on his wife was bad but that's the only really bad thing he's ever done intentionally! Everything else was due to his PTSD and his behaviour lately is triggered by the abortion-thing that has obviously broken his heart. He is, in a way, a grieving father. I think Cristina has hurt him in the worst way possible and now he has as well. Pretty sure he will be the one begging for forgiveness and she will get away again.
ReplyDeletecant wait!!!
ReplyDeleteLets all say it together Owen and Cristina need to get a DIVORCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteYay another Mer and Callie moment!!!!
Bout damn time the girls did something for Teddy.
Um Greys comes on at 9pm est not 10 pm est.
GET A DIVORCE ALREADY!!!!!!!! i'm getting to a point of zoning out or even taking a bathroom break whenever it's on the screen that how annoyed i am with the SL, dragged out way to long now.
ReplyDeleteNow for happy times, Callie agreeing Mer is ready for the boards woo hoo been a nice story between them.
Girls night out alright are we gonna see drunk Bailey telling them straight again?
Mark chief for the day interesting and butting head's with webber do i sense abit of jealousy or is Mark going to try and get revenge for being past over in the first place and prove his worth.
Drunk Baily is the best "sexual sorbet, i love it!!!" "keep ur knees together" "use soap and warm water... for the super glue" lmao
ReplyDeleteMark is going to let him acting as chief go to his head. Though he might be a transition if Owen steps down b/c he SUCKS at it!!!!!
Though i will be pissed if they look over Bailey once again for the position.
It is a bout damn time they have a girls night!!! cant wait to see what ensues, hopefully its not on the baseball field again.
I do believe that Cristina and Owen still love each other even though it hurts. It would destroy them not to be together - even more than being together.
ReplyDeleteI think that the Cristina we see now IS Cristina. Owen did not "fuck her up", he brought her to life. She felt the heart of her dad stop beating, that's why she's been so cold and hardcore all the time and that's why she did not want people to matter. I always thought it was sad that for her work mattered more than people - like when she offered Owen to Teddy in exchange for surgeries. I'm glad that she finally seems to realise that people do matter and that she is willing to fight for the man she loves. Cristina, in my opinion, did not go, she just arrived.

Deletei dont deny that they love each other. But sometimes love is not enough.
ReplyDeletewhen something is un reparable u got to cut ties. yes it will be difficult and torture but it would be best in the long run.
Sometimes the hardest thing ppl dont have the courage to do is walk away when something is not working. U do more damage and develop more resentment and anger when u stay.
With you all the way regarding Bailey she should damn well be the next CoS.
ReplyDeleteYes no girl's night out on the baseball field just no no no time for some bar hopping ok we only got Joe's mmmmm.
Also happy Callie deems Mer ready for the board exam's, really don't think it is going to be Mer that fails this time she has failed to many times before time for some happiness in that girl's life - Married, Baby, Pass Exams, Get a fellowship at SGMW, Move into new house, surprise your pregnant.
thats a hell of a story for Mer for the rest of the season. But the funny part is its not that far fetched. A lot of woman after adopting tend to get pregnant. So its a possible.

I do know that but it's just . . . She is the only one who can "see" him. And he is the one that helps her "breath". Remember? I think a divorce would send Owen straight back into PTSD mode and Cristina into a total breakdown. Maybe I'm being a stubborn Crowen-Fan here but I do not want to give up hope just yet ;-)
ReplyDeleteWhy is it airing at 10 not 9?
ReplyDeleteexactly that's why i said it :-) let's hope and see what happens.
ReplyDeleteI feel the exact same way. I feel like the writers of Grey's are incapable of having Cristina have any real character growth, and because of this, Owen will always be the bad guy. Which is ridiculous. I feel like in this situation, the writers must have said to themselves, "Cristina seems particularly cold right now, how can we soften her up: Let's make Owen the bad guy AGAIN."
ReplyDeleteAt least the old Christina was ambitious, she's kind of like Ellis Grey in a sense, being cold and hardcore made her interesting. Now she's just whiny and desperate. The problem is that Shonda made this relationship too divisive with the abortion and no matter what the outcome is, it'll be very 1-sided no matter which side the fans are on.
ReplyDeleteIt's nice that she'll finally deal with her loss.
ReplyDeleteActually, you're right. The Christina/Owen thing has gone on far too long, they've tried talking, therapy, they've tried having sex in the call room, etc. It's just not interesting seeing them go around in circles because neither of them can get what they want.
ReplyDeleteChristina and Owen already faced and overcame those issues in the previous seasons. Owen wants to have a baby and Christina doesn't, if the writers try to change that, it'll only damage the characters even more in the long-run because as we saw, Owen can't forget about the abortion when Christina wanted to move on.
