First Cut - Necar Zadegan cast in CW pilot

Necar Zadegan (24) has been cast in the CW medical drama First Cut, playing Gina, a rock star heart surgeon.
First Cut also stars Mamie Gummer as Emily Barnes,Justin Hartley as Will Rider,Aja Naomi King as Cassandra Kopelson, Kelly McCreary as Tyra Granger and Michael Rady as Micah Ellis.

Only one regular role (Chief Granger) remains uncast.
