    I don't get when it magically happened - he was content to use Elena as a bargaining chip and putting her in serious danger just a few episodes ago.. so when did he come to his senses exactly?  It just seems a little bit abrupt.

    Stefan's sniping and his petty remarks toward Damon, especially right in front of Elena, are very off-putting.

    There's some love for Stefan here and some for Damon. I love both of them. And while Stefan seems especially pouty and childish these days, I still like the scenes. I love that it's difficult. And I love that they didn't decide to just have Elena be with Damon for a while until she notices that all she actually wants is Stefan and then he quickly becomes old Stefan again and all is fine again. I love that they take their time with it. A lot of time. And judging from this sneek peak, they don't seem to play on putting an end to it. Good.
    Can't wait for the episode. Thanks for posting the video!
