  1.  Lol, is it just me, or does this sound really soapy?

  2. What?! Seriously? Why?!

I'm sorry but I don't buy that the brothers both had a thing with the same girl. Throughout the show, they have been constant with showing how different the brothers are in their choice of a partner so the same girl!?! Doesn't make sense to me. Maybe as a very good platonic female friend I could see that happening...

    ReplyDelete
  3. Nope, it isn't just you. I definitely think that it is soapy. Why they feel that they have resort to this I have no idea...

    ReplyDelete
  4. Yeah, yet another filler episode. I would really love to know if the showrunners are somewhat self-aware that they totally have no idea what to do with Supernatural this year. Last year was bad already, but this year really continues to blow my mind with how there is no coherent story at all anymore.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Yeah!!
We, too want a love triangle like Vampire Diaries!
It's not fair that they get to have all the fun!  ;)  ;)

    ReplyDelete
  6. What the --? Ok, I'm not drawing any conclusions yet, but this sounds way phony. I mean, Sam and Dean the same girl? Come on!

    ReplyDelete
  7. I agree, it does seem that for some reason they are holding back from the Leviathan story-line but I suspect that they are waiting to see if an eighth season is go; if it is they will cliff-hang this season with the Leviathans, and if not will just peter out the Dick Roman plot.

That's the impression I get anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  8. I agree.
It's far too early to make any kind of comments and we all know that everything always turns out different to what one thinks anyway!

Right enough most of us guessed correctly  with the Becky episode! :)

  9. Until I'm proven wrong (which I seriously hope isn't going to happen!), I'm going to assume that the writers know what they're doing with this one. Nothing ever turns out as it seems on Supernatural, and I'm going to hope that this one is the same.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Yep...and that's still no excuse to write so many filler stuff in between...they shouldn't have picked a big bad for this season, if they can't fill twenty episodes with it. I've read a snippet about a later episode where it says that the guys finally discover a way to handle the Leviathans, so I guess the guys will probably kill them all in the end, and it wouldn't be much of a surprise. It's just that with every episode, I see those writers sitting there...wondering..."hmm, should we do another story episode? Or a clown episode? Or a lovey-dovey episode? Or hey, let's get Charisma Carpenter and James Marsden instead! Or no, let's write a wedding!" - and in every story arc episode, there isn't much happening except that the guys are losing something and looking all emo at each other. Meh :\

    ReplyDelete
  11. Although I am a staunch defender of the show, I must agree with you on this.
There hasn't been a build up of tension during this season's episodes as has been  the case in all prior seasons. There have been some useless episodes that they could have devoted to tensing up the story-arc instead.

The why of this is known only to the writers.

Maybe the plan all along was to do a monster of the week season with a weak story-arc to see how that went down with the audience; who knows?

When I heard that this season would be Sam and Dean against the world, I thought  they would be going all out against the baddies, guns and holy water blazing but it hasn't been quite like that.

As for the emo/ brotherly stuff, I can't agree with you here because I love it.
    Cheers, :)

    ReplyDelete
  12. Right you are. And I know that many (especially the female) fans love the guys being emo, but we had that for six seasons, and it always made sense, except for this year, where it seems they just put that stuff in for the sake of cheap cliffhangers like the one where Sam leaves Dean (once again), only to come back five minutes later in the following episode. There's just no coherence or plan behind it. Just like with Castiel becoming a new god - ultimately of no consequence whatsoever except to rid the boys of their homie and make the fans drool over Misha Collins.

I have loved this show for five years, but it should have ended back then =)

    ReplyDelete
  13. Oh no Annie's in trouble and needs to be saved! Enter Sam and Dean who both happened to have a thing for her back in the day. Que flirting, angst and a bit of sibling rivelry.

    ReplyDelete
  14. OK so does this mean that by episode 19 Sam's out of the nut house and back hunting? Or will Sam be in the nut house while Dean spends the episode mooning over the old flame?

    ReplyDelete
  15. I think that you're on to something with the cliff hanger scenario but it isn't something new since in every season they have "kept"  the big bad SL for the beginning of the season and the end. I think that it is really obvious this year because they have literally let the boys with nothing BUT the Leviathans so the fillers feel flat as a result...

    ReplyDelete
  16.  I think we're going to have to consult the Oracle of Delphi here to answer! :-)  :)

    ReplyDelete
  17.  I didn't like  Swan Song and would not have been happy for Supernatural to end with the brothers being separated like that.

As for season six, I know there has been a lot of criticism but I loved it.
There was a noir plot to it which built up through the episodes to the gran finale, and it was perfectly coherent.
There were also some great episodes--Family Matters and Caged Heat--to name two.
After seasons 1 to 3 it is my favourite.

I can't agree about the show ending; if the writers get their game back together, it still has many stories to tell.

    While there's life there's hope!
If it gets cancelled, us fans will have nothing to debate about! :-)

    ReplyDelete
  18. I suppose it does seem as if they have just been trailing the boys along down winding roads that lead nowhere.

I think that the Leviathan story -line could have been used more, as they did with Slash Fiction.
The fact that they can take on anyone's appearance could have been a valid sub-plot underneath the season story-arc.

Then they could also have used Sam's hell problems to a greater extent.
There was a wealth of stuff to explore there too, and we could maybe have had a flash back to Dean's experience in hell as an excuse to get the great Alastair back for a guest appearance, let's say, instead of Becky for instance!

However we just have to go with what the writers give us.

  19.

I thought episode 19 would be the third of Castiels 3 episode arc. Misha
Collins is  listed as appearing in epi 17  and ,in episode 18 with the actor
that plays Garth but not listed in this one yet. No offense to Misha but I just
want Castiel gone in one swoop  and not popping  up yet again when this
character like the Angel mythology had long passed their expiration date.
Talk about jumping the shark Kripke did big time with this Castiel and the
matching mythology .and Kripke rewriting history in Season 5 by contradicting
all the facts of season 4 most notable Castile being Deans Ruby   is exactly why
the show has had such a difficult time getting back on track. How could it after
the disaster and bundle of lies  Kripke made of Season 5 and the major damage it
did to the characters and this shows history?
I have no problem with the myth arc being scattered  in small bits over a
full season  that's how it was in the early seasons.
The show runners who  seemed to have  forgotten how to write Sam and Dean
individually and together are finally getting it in Season 7. But they need to
stop creating angst and secrets between the boys. Let the boys tell their own
story and good lord no more whining and wallowing storylines for Dean we got
enough of that in season 5 . Get the boys back to being themselves more beaten
up by life but yes themselves and back to it being the two of them against the
    world.Sam and Dean versus everything.

  20. I just love how FANS start knocking a story before they have even seen it.  So far this season has been excellent for me and even though some of the promos have been something I thought I would not like, the show has turned out to be very good.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I think its gonna be interesting to see this. I kinda had the feeling that at some point, they shared a girl, but I didn't think anything would come of it. Can't wait to see where that episode goes

    ReplyDelete
  22. It does sound like more filler to me, which has pretty much been the theme of the season. Episodes 1, 2 , 6, 9, 10 being the exceptions. Alot of the season has seemed like a waste of time, thats not to say some of those episodes havent been good but they havent really contributed anything of substance to the season for me. The season lacks any kind of intensity, there is no level of threat, I dont get the feeling Sam and Dean are 'Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid' like we were told. For me the show is at its best when it combines Mythology, MOTW and character development arc together in a cohesive manner. Building intensity as the season goes on. I know its too early to say but it doesnt feel like that is happening this season. I feel like episodes 3-14 (so far) were just a stop gaps on the journey to when the real shit goes down. Like perhaps the writers dont know here to go with the season or that they are dragging out a rather poor mythological arc over an extended period of time and havent thought it out very well. Like they're tying to stretch a barely one episode arc into a possible 2 seasons. It feels thin.

However there are 9 episodes left and that is more than enough time to build a really intense season even with a few MOTW episodes interspersed between and who knows maybe this episode with old flame Annie will be mythology related.

    ReplyDelete
  23. BOTH brothers?  Weird.. I wonder how that happened?  I thought their "types" were pretty different.  I just hope it won't turn into an epic angst saga.. oh, wait.. I forgot how the rest of the season has gone for a moment.  ;)

    ReplyDelete
  24. No love triangle for me - I don't want it to get soapy  :(

    ReplyDelete
  25.  I was only joking, trying to be ironic, but failing miserably!

    I don't want a love triangle either. :)

    ReplyDelete
  26. Oh haha I'm sorry, I totally missed that - my irony/sarcasm meter isn't always turned on  :)

    ReplyDelete
  27. Oh yeah :) and yes, we're just heading down the yellow brick road  that the writers put down for us...it is a long and winding road which at times doesn't make much sense

    ReplyDelete
  28. Ugh, I am so sick of filler! Last year they had too many plot threads, and this year they clearly have too few.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Maybe the show has earned the knocking or scepticism ? lets face it they have come up with a few tomatoes . I  find it hard to believe Sam and Dean would have the same interest in the same girl. Their taste is clearly different and unless she is a amalgamation of their taste ? it does sound abit Days of Our Lives.

    ReplyDelete
  30.  we have one line and you assume nothing will happen at all? Remind me of how everyone was complaining about having a simple hunt in the 7x09 with the ''''jersey devil'''' but it turned out to have more to it with the levis

(...and after the episode the same person who wanted more levi started complaining that they wanted more simple hunt xD)

If you already want to complain, at least wait 'til you know what to complain about

    ReplyDelete
  31.  Number of ''filler stuff'' in season 1 (in the first 14 episodes): 11
Number of ''filler stuff'' in season 2, first 14 episodes: more or less 8-9

Its the same thing this year, same than every year, nothing has change

    ReplyDelete
  32. I smell a Girl next Door drama #2 around here^^;; one sentence and everyone know how boring and not at all related to anyway it *will* be

    ReplyDelete
  33. The only way they could go for the same girl is if they were under some sort of spell, and they have already done that with Becky, so I'm hoping this is something completely different. :)

    ReplyDelete
  34. What I'm curious about here is if Sam is still in his "insane" moment.
Are 17,18 and 19 not part of the Castiel-asylum cycle?

Whatever, I'm still looking forward to all episodes anyway!

So glad that Supernatural got adjusted up a tenth to 0.8.
It's doing much better on a Friday evening than other newer CW shows on better weekdays. :)

    ReplyDelete
  35. In fact, I have mostly complained about the season so far, which I have seen more of than just one line ;)

And my criticism stands! Don't tell me you think the show is as good and exciting as it was during its first seasons =)

    ReplyDelete
  36. I'll agree to disagree about Cas, I want it spread out if he's only going to be in 3 episodes.

But I do agree the writers need to some making constant secrets and angst between the boys. That's something I liked about the last episode, they got along for once.

    ReplyDelete
  37.  I never said it was as great, just that saying as THE big argument that there's not that many arc episodes at the beginning of the season, since its the same thing since forever and nothing has change, its doesn't stand, unless you hate every single season for that, and if you did, I have no idea what you're doing here at the 7th season

    ReplyDelete
  38. Ugh. I try to be optimistic about every spoiler, even when they said Becky was returning. But I really don't see how the writers could pull this off without having one of the brothers looking like an idiot. I don't mind a bit of sibling rivalry but NOT this kind.

I'm really loving this season, so it kind of disappoints me to see they haven't totally given up on these lousy fanfiction storylines that we had one too many times in season 6.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Yup, that's what's been missing - a love triangle. ;)
I don't think the reason why it hasn't happened before is because they have different taste (Dean would have done Jess, both liked Madison and Dr. Cara at first, and Sam had a thing for Bela), but they've always respected their relationship enough to back off when the girl shows a preference for the other one.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Well, I loved each one of the first five seasons, but this one just feels disjointed and totally incoherent to me. I believe I'm not the only one who thinks that.

And it may very well be that each season had its share of filler episodes, yet they never felt as out of place and unrelated as this year. The showrunners obviously have no clue what to do with the guys - it shows if you read their interviews and nothing really feels like they intended it to. Things like Bobby's death or Dean fathering an amazon child seem more like they need some sort of impact to keep fans invested in their show.

You don't have to defend the series no matter what, I know that some fans will love Supernatural forever and whatever they do with the show. And I know that many fans think this is the best season they've ever done. I don't. And don't be surprised when there is no season 8.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I don,t defend the serie ''no matter what'', there's things I don't like here and there, but I'm waiting to see an episode before having my final opinion. Here all we have is people Assuming that this episode will 100% be stand-alone with one line. or people complaining about wanting to return in the ''old days'' (which were full of stand-alone) and when we have a hunt of the week they complain they want more bag guy.

Just because you don't like it doesn't mean the writers have no idea where they're going.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Sounds like a Mary-Sue fanfiction.

    ReplyDelete
  43. sounds incredibly boring and redundant...yay *rolls eyes*

    ReplyDelete
  44. Would they really have had the same old flame without the other knowing about it? It probably didn't happen when they were teenagers, and then Sam was at Stanford/with Jess for a long time right? Then after Jess we've seen every girl Sam has been with so how does that even work as a timeline?

    ReplyDelete
  45. You know, I think this could be fun. Sure, the brothers are different personality types, but they could both find the same lady attractive--and most women could find qualities in each brother that she would like. Give it a chance; it could be fun.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Now, that's one lucky girl;) Wonder how that even worked. Who dated her first? ;)

    ReplyDelete
  47. Yeah, they could turn this into a parody of love triangles the way they took shots at Twilight last year.  But if this is a fun episode, the timing seems odd, since it's so close to Sam's breakdown.

    ReplyDelete
  48. The only tomatoes I have found in 6 1/2 years has been Ghostfacers, my point is, why start knocking a story until you have seen it.  Then if you don't like it, have at it.

    ReplyDelete
  49. You know what I think? Despite the love triangle thing being ridiculous in a show like Supernatural and probably will create some uneeded tension between Sam and Dean, maybe Annie will be a Leviathan. It could be some plan to attract the boys to a trap. And the woman is an awesome bait if she represented something to them and knows about them. But it is still a lame plot.

    ReplyDelete
  50. its not the 'plot' of the episode, just one line about one character, anything can happen, like you said it could be Levi related

    ReplyDelete
  51. I  found season 4 to be a whole rotten tomato but that is neither here or there. The other side of the coin is the people can be wary of something without seeing it  and lets be honest it does sound soapy . I  think most will give it a go though so I  dont think how it sounds will put people off .

    ReplyDelete
  52. .....who will promptly be killed so we never have to worry about a love triangle coming between the brothers.

    ReplyDelete
  53. This season has been a pleasant surprise for me too.  Not that I didn't think it would be good; I just didn't expect to have so many episodes continually exceed my expectations.

    ReplyDelete
  54. 'Old flame' LOL that could mean a spirit they torched. Or anything at all really. While a love triangle is the last thing I want to see on my show, I'm continuing my 'wait and see' policy. it rarely lets me down.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Huh?  When the heck would something like this have happened?  This doesn't seem very plausible.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Old flame, they could of encounter her in two different time periods.
I'm sure she's a demon that probably was keeping track of the boys threw the years.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Yep, and season 6 is actually my absolute favourite so everyone likes something different, and later poeple will be happy to have more season to rewatch, I really hope it continues even though not everyone will  like everything about it.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Hey, I'm glad there are others out there who love season 6. :)

You're right, of course, the more episodes they make the more stories we get to watch.

Obviously not everyone is going to love every single episode but there's nothing wrong with that.
Even if there are a couple of episodes I don't like in a season, that certainly won't stop me from watching. :)

    ReplyDelete
  59. I TOTALLY LOVE IT!!!!! Who do you think will play Annie? I really hope Laura Vandervoort will.

    ReplyDelete
  60. dean and sam loooove the same woman whaaaaat sound imposible demon in disquise to try lure or know more about them is more believeble.in seperate situations and time

    ReplyDelete
  61. Seriously, who tried to take her from whom?   Or was she just chasing both brothers?

    ReplyDelete
  62. Why don't we wait and see?   You can't judge a book it's cover or one sentence.

    ReplyDelete
  63. I guess it depends on what they mean by flame.   Still, she may have had one and went after the other.  Dean and old flames is a rarity.  One night stand?   He might not have even known she was seeing Sam.  Sam keeps his stuff quiet at times.  I say wait and see

    ReplyDelete
  64. This is the episode that brings back Castiel.  How is it a filler?

    ReplyDelete
  65. You do have a point. I guess that I was wrong and I should wait to see the episode

    ReplyDelete
  66. I don't know--the old flame of both just sounds weird to me. IF they had hinted at the possibility of the boys sharing a partner before, I wouldn't be so confused. But then there has been things that have been canonized and for me came totally by surprise so I really shouldn't be surprised by this. *shrugs*

    ReplyDelete
  67. Well, Misha Collins returns for three episodes before the final episodes of the season follow up. And his Castiel supposedly died earlier this season. So hmm, how could it be filler? To me, this whole "let's bring yet another beloved dude back" is downright annoying - deaths do not move or touch the viewer if anyone returns sooner or later - and the three Castiel episodes in itself will probably be an easy triple filler before they can end the season.

I predict fans will go crazy over Castiel's return, but two episodes after he's gone again, we won't even remember what it was he came back for ^^

And yeah, I'm being rather pessimistic. But compared to the fun I had with the early seasons of Supernatural, I'm not really having much fun with the current season (and the last one already). It's the same with House - both shows feel, to me, that they're way past their prime and drawn out needlessly.

    ReplyDelete
  68. I've been fine with this season so far.  I look forward to seeing every episode.  But this is the first spoiler that has me cringing.  I just hope that Sam and Dean aren't harboring any lingering romantic feelings for Annie, who is apparently a hunter.  The brothers don't have time to fight over an old flame.  They need to focus on their own issues and the Leviathans.

    ReplyDelete
  69. I felt that way about House & Bones, so I just stopped watching, what I did not do was go on the fan site and complain.  Not saying you don't have a right to your opinion, just saying what I do when I don't like a show any longer.

    ReplyDelete
  70. since the begining the had diferent relationship but sudenliy share a love fir the same woman who is annie in what season or episode she shows up (if).

    ReplyDelete
  71. You're right, but it's still a place to discuss with other fans, and if I weren't a fan anymore, I wouldn't watch it anymore =) .. I still want to know how it all ends, after all. And I really don't hate every episode and actually rarely post something to complain.

I totally loved the (pretty short so far) arc of Bobby's demise, for example. His farewell episode was awesome, and the Jersey Devil episode was pretty sweet, too.

    ReplyDelete
  72. You just said to me that the Bobby thing was just something out of nowhere cause the writers have no idea what they're doing and everything is boring. And you said that the Bobby's death wasn't intented (even if they call Jim really early in the season about that)

Anyway, the writers will cancel everything for you since you said we shouldn't be surprise to see the show get cancel (even if it was the 3rd most watched CW show this fall, and is now the second most watched show on the CW, despite being friday)

    ReplyDelete
  73. Still enjoyed the episodes, no matter how contrived they felt in the course of the season.

No need to attack me like that just because I believe it gets canceled. Ratings are not climbing high nowadays, and CW won't have a problem to fill the spot. Just remember that I didn't attack you, I just criticized this season of a show we both like. And it's nothing more than that.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Is this this a SPN  version of TVD does CW

    ReplyDelete
  75. Ummm, I don't what fan girls you know but the ones I know (at least 40 of us HATE the emo (we'd prefer shirts to be off than this emo stuff if we had to choose)). I for one love the hunts and MOTW and the beer and talking in the Impala at the end. I just want my boys back. I feel like I don't know them anymore.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Swan Song is in my top 5 episodes of SPN of all time. I was just fine with Sammy (and as I have said many times, I am Team WINCHESTER first and foremost but I do have a slight leaning towards Sammy) and Dean being separated. I think Dean deserves a normal life with someone who will take care of him. He has been taking care of Sammy his whole life. I think Sammy deserves to go out in a heroic manner. This isn't Disney. Life isn't always fair and you don't always get what you want. I think that was the whole point of the episode and would have been a killer series finale, IMHO.

    ReplyDelete
  77. I have been on the my just wait and see kick with this show. I go in with low expectations and I am pleasantly surprised MOST of the time. I have actually been weaning myself off of SPN spoilers. So, yeah that's my advice, wait and see. Go in with low expectations, if need be. If you love this show, just stick with it. We more than likely only have 1 more season. Just enjoy the ride.

    ReplyDelete
  78. CW doesn't have the budget to start more than 3..maybe 4, shows. And SPN is doing their 2nd best ratings in the last 2 weeks, and 3rd since the fall, all that on friday. And SPN is the only show, with Vampires Crap that hasn't gone down since the return. They have a LOT of shows they'll cancel first.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Swan Song is my favorite ep, there have been a lot that have come close but if I could only watch one ep it would be SS.

    ReplyDelete
  80. That's rare not many girls from the past that were old flames of both of the brothers

    ReplyDelete
  81. The only 'old flame' they shared as far as we, the audience know, is Sam's prom date in Dean's jinn-dream universe. :) So I guess this is something we don't know about.

    ReplyDelete
  82. I respect your opinion but I can't condivide it.

The Winchesters aren't your normal run-of-the- mill brothers and can't be considered as such.

It was just cruel to separate them in that awful way, and as we saw  in season 6, Dean wasn't happy with Lisa in any case.
What he really wanted was his brother back and had only gone there because Sam asked him to.

He would probably been happier jumping into the Cage with Sam, something I was sort of expecting him to do the first time I saw Swan Song.

So Dean wouldn't have got to live a good life anyway. He was too broken by his experiences to adjust, in my opinion.

It would have been completely different, possibly, if Sam hadn't been condemned to be tortured in the Cage for all eternity, something that Dean was well aware of having been in Hell himself.
If Sam had gone to heaven, perhaps Dean could have lived with that in some way, knowing that Sam was at peace and not suffering.

Then I'm all for Dean having an apple pie life but find it rather unfair that poor Sam can't have one too, seeing that they were both in the whole Apocalypse thing together.

    ReplyDelete
  83.  i hope not is so ridiculus .

    ReplyDelete
  84. Well said. IIRC the earlier info said "Annie" was in her late -30's which would make her roughly 8-10 years older than Sam and about 5 years older than Dean. In Sam's case, teen!Amy was clearly his first crush. We know that Sam left for Sanford when he was 18 and to the best of our knowledge did not Hunt at all until he left with Dean in the Pilot. So it's not impossible for Annie to have "hooked up separately " with both Sam and Dean, when Sam was 15+ (she would be a significantly "older woman" and an a late teens/very early 20's Dean before Sam left for Sanford.

Alternatively Annie could have hooked up with Dean while Sam was in college and he was hunting alone and with Soulless Sam later - "Resouled Sam" said  had no memories of how many Hunters he had met and worked with during that "year" without Dean.  I've noticed that "Kristin" uses "prior flames" or "old flames"interchangeably for situations as dissimilar as post- 6.06 Lisa/Dean who had a full on relationship to 15 year olds Amy & Sam where they only exchanged a quick kiss.

    ReplyDelete
  85. What is it with the writers this year for Cas's sake??? I can tolerate filler episodes IF THEY ARE INTERESTING. Are they ever gonna address the leviathans problem? What's with the Vampire-Diaries-we-dated-the-same-chick BS??? I love Supernatural, I do, but if the show must take something for TVD, let it be its ability for plot twists and FAST PACE!!! I hate shows that keep dragging their plot feet. If you cannot handle 22 episodes, make it a 16-episode season and stop destroying our beloved show. Season 5 was perfect in that regard.

  86.  Well, I agree with a lot you said. Something I thought about because of how the season is so off is that last season, people complained because a big baddie "Eve" was killed so fast and so odd like. I read a couple places, especially on that no good site CW has (before it was cancelled with VERY LITTLE notice and left MANY fans in the dark which was a HUGE place for fans to not just speak their minds but also REALLY help the show) that the writers would read the fans opinions on the show. So it's like they went bass ackwards with this season and gave what they thought the fans wanted. You have the story line focusing (I guess LOL) on the brothers relationship to a point, a way for Dean to get out of his (to quote Adam Sandler) "I hate love, I hate you, I hate me" mindset, and on just the brothers hunting like in the "good ol days".

So, we get a LOT of filler, shows spaced out to an insanely idiotic degree, and SOOOO many fans ready to turn the station.

CW closing it's site especially in the way it did, fans having to wait after watching maybe 2 to 3 shows in a row (week after week), out of focus story lines, and killing off both Castiel (regardless if people cared or not) and Bobby (what they hell, turning him "Ghost Bobby" dosen't cut it) are all ingredients (IMHO) for disaster. All I can do is have loyalty to the show and it's actors, other than that, it's nice to hear words of ratioal such as this one. Good job on post, and let's just hope they knock it the hell off.

  87.  Well, I get what you are saying, but (please take this not as an insult but as just pointing something out) there is a difference between a heroic ending and life not being fair vs. being tortured forever in not just hell but in the cage with TWO pissed off angels. If they would have killed Sam off and he went to heaven (say GOD intervined one last time and yanked Sam soul and all from the cage), that would be different.

I would not wish that on Sam or Dean in a million years, maybe going past season 5 wasn't the best considering the direction the show is going and the treatment us fans is getting from the good ol CW but not if it meant Sam being tortured forever and Dean living his life knowing it.

  88. Well said about leaving Sam in Hell, that would have been Hell to Dean and myself, but I am very happy with season 6 and so far 7, so glad it did not end.

  89. Welp, in the alternate/fantasy universe where Mary didn't die, Sam said that Dean had stolen his prom date. Not that far-fetched.
