  1. Wow I don't know what to think of this.  It made me think 'CSI' or something.  I have no idea who they're talking about, having locked away in the pit and now being back.  Not Luci, obviously.  YED's dead.  Meg maybe?  Oooh, yeah, perhaps her >8D   ... I wonder how much more apathetic Dean can possibly get.  At least he didn't argue with Sam and demand his way!

  2.  Oops, 'he'.  Not meg.  I can't understand what Dean is saying when he says 'Who would have let BLAHBLAH out of the can'.

  5. Oh this case sounds interesting and must be one of those- behind the scenes/off camera ones that we sometimes hear about. I think that it might be one from S2-S3 era and I hope that we get some flashbacks *crosses fingers*

On the Levi front-- this is something that I hate about Supernatural- they are the main bad of the season and now in the middle to late season we just hear about them and don't see them. I guess it is to keep us thinking about them and to allow for the filler episodes but seriously? I like when episodes which seem to be fillers actually connect to the mythology of the season...it makes it much more interesting.

  7. Sam's thisclose to falling apart in this sneak peek I think.

  8. they're saving the good stuff for Friday

  9. he seemed a little... I don't know edgy, shaky I don't know how to describe what I saw. He was just so close to the edge and Dean certainly isn't helping matters. Stone number one has been crumbling all season and Sam can no longer rely on it as an anchor. He has reached breaking point and I dont know if its going to come as a shock to Dean or if he's going to just be apathetic towards it because he was expecting it all along?

    Thi should be good

  10. Maybe/hopefully they'll just continu next season, since right now they're just building their thing.
its not the first season their bad guy was in the background and we barely saw him/her in a season before continuing next season

  11. The dick jokes never get old i am guess they will get something on dick towards the end of the season

  12. IDK whats exactly going on yet but I'm excited nonetheless

  13. Well maybe they will continue with the Levi next season but it is a trend that SPN has had since S1 with various successes in some seasons compared to others...it just frustrates me :)

  14. I  would like to think his brother going insane was elict more than apathy from Dean.Wether it would shock him I  dont know until it hits him in the face that Sam is not alright it is hard to say.

  15. :P If you compare with others series its not that bad, just look at SG-1, it took them 8 years to defeat their first bad guys and in 5 years of Atlantis they were still fighting their own baddie, while SPN had 2 top, for the YED...or Lilith

It frustrate me more when they kill a bad guy in 1 season *cough*Themotherofall*cough* , its too easy. I don't like either when it take 4...5...6 years and beyond, but 2 seasons is good for me. Giving some time to build and the excuse is good for me with the Levis, they're building their thing and the boys can't do much 'til they know what's going on..and it seem they can't find out without waiting (...or without storming in/near a Levi's base and hope not to get kill)

  16. I know its totally useless and stupid...but am I the only one who love that Jensen almost threw the phone to the ground and they both stayed in character? :P if it was me I would've froze and go ''....ooppss ...''

ok maybe that's why i,m in accounting and not in the acting buisness :P

  17. Is Dean not allowed to have feelings?  Why is he the bad guy if he's going through a rough time?  It's not like Sam was ever relying on Dean to begin with.  From the first episode when Dean asked Sam how he was doing, Sam lied and said he was doing fine.  Then when Dean told Sam to make him stone number one, Sam snuck out in the middle of the night the first chance he got.  If Sam's suffering in silence that's all on Sam.

  18. No, it isn't so bad at all but it frustrates me because I know that from not seeing the levi, etc the final three episodes will be all about them.
It is just so unbalanced especially when there isn't another motive driving the brothers through the season ie S1- it ended with YED but for most of the season it was about finding dad and so forth. S6 was so bad at this that it actually was hysterical that they killed the 'mother of all' so quickly and with no consequences. AND then it turned out that Castiel was the 'bad' one *shrugs*This season it feels flat because the boys are concentrated on the levis but we only hear about them rather than see them- budget reasons I'm sure :) LOL I hope that we won't have another 'mother of all' situation on our hands in that the boys get a quick solution and get rid of the levi. I hope that the solution or what they are going to try and do is realistic and doesn't just appear from nowhere if you know what I mean :) Some part of the show has to be grounded in reality.

  19. ^^; I totally see what you mean...I'm sure 99% of the fans don't want to see a magic answer appearing out of nowhere to kill the baddie like with the Mother last year

I'm keeping hope this year since there's so many Levis, it would be hard to find an answer saying ''drink 3 beer and turn around the table 5 time and boom they'll all go back in purgatory'' :P harder to kill hundreds at the same time than 1

  20. Who has said Dean cant have feelings ? who said he is the bad guy?. And has for Sam suffering in silence no that is on the writers .Sam wasnt not the bad guy because he said he was fine so dont make out he was , he did it because he felt Dean and Bobby were dealing with enough as it was. Has for him sneaking out he is a grown man not a child he doesnt need Deans permission .

And understand this that Sam is entitled to feelings too and this is no joke what he is going through and about to go through .

    ReplyDelete
  21. Then why describe Dean as apathetic?  If Sam is going to say that he's fine every time Dean asks why blame Dean for not noticing.   Dean's not psychic.  If Sam needs Dean's help, he needs to ask.

Its no joke what Dean's going through either.

No, Sam doesn't need permission but there is a thing called common courtesy.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Yeah-- mainly because it makes the writers seem lazy if there is a quick fix...

Oh I hope so-- I really don't want a situation where they kill Dick and all the other Levis just die and go away.

  23. I'm confused.  Who exactly is their demon?  Crowley is the superior.  YED should be vanquished for good since John said the gun killed them not just sends them back to hell.  Lucifer didn't seem to have a type, Meg's still alive, and Brady wasn't known for a particular kind of mutilation.  Is this a case we never heard about?  That would be weird too since it is demon related so that's bigger fish than say your regular poltergeist.

In other news, I refuse to associate Elvis with Axe.  Will be sticking my fingers in my ears and humming Metallica every time this stupid commercial comes on.

  24. That seems to be an issue with a lot of things this season - the not showing it and then dropping it in our laps. Like Sam's hallucinations.  They've totally ignored his state of mind for 13 eps, and I guess we were just supposed to ASSUME that he was still seeing things based on the once-in-a-blue-moon hand press.  But they never showed us anything, and now (apparently starting Friday) he's going to be going full-on Cuckoo's Nest with virtually no build-up.  I suppose that there's a chance they'll pull it off in a way that makes sense and doesn't feel abrupt, but I'm not holding my breath.  I think it'll be the same with the Levis - nothing but hints for weeks, then suddenly they're front and center again.

  25. I guess this clip is before Sam jumps back on the crazy train.

    ReplyDelete
  26. YES! totally :) And apparently at the Nash Con this month, Jared did say that he has been trying to show that Sam is still pressing the wound on his hand as an indicator of his hallucinations. Reminds me of S4 when all of a sudden, Sam seemed to be on a kick with the demon blood (before that he was just cozy with Ruby NO mention of his drinking)

  27. This ep is supposed to be about a demon-hunt that took place about 4 yrs ago when they were hunting none-stop... so my guess is that they're hunting a demon that never took part in any of the eps yet. If so, that means flashbacks! and somehow I think the SPN flashbacks are always good. :-)
I welcome this ep with open arms, spn is due for some good old scary demon hunt.

  28. Common courtesy right so Dean shows that every time does he?
Every time he does something or keeps secrets from Sam . It works both ways . Sam left Dean a note it isnt like he vanished into thin air is it.

Apathetic really Dean could be called a lot worse and it was a question not a statement there is a difference. And we know what Dean is going through he has been going through since season 2. But being depressed has sad has this isnt quite the same has your very sanity being destroyedf.

Sam isnt to blame for anything here but he isnt blind he knows Dean has been depressed , drinking and everything else so there was no way he would burden Dean any way.

This clip was inoffensive nothing what so ever to make a meal out of somebody using the word apathetic in that context was inoffensive .

  29. Still better than Criminal Minds version of that at least, they had Reid "addicted" to pills and NEVER showed any of that and then poof he got better. I'm holding on hope that they'll play this out smartly *crosses fingers*

  30. I'm all for a demon hunt... but wasn't Crowley supposed to keep all demons out of their way until they've dealt with the Leviathans?

  31. when do the boys ever NOT have unfinished business?
