    It all comes crashing down.  Lucifer's back - ho hum.  (Let's hope he's 7.02 Lucifer and not season 5 Lucifer.)  Sam's crazy - interesting.  Dean's out cold - not sure why but that made me laugh.  Got to watch those demon possessed people with the hypodermic needles.  They take crazy to a whole new level.

    I am so ecxited for next Friday's episode! Lucifer finally returns to torture poor Sam. Can Dean save him this time? We will have to tune it to find out! I guess this could be the start of Sam's downward spiral to crazy. Is there supposed to be an episode where Sam is in an asylum because Dean does not know what to do to help him and does Cas appear in this one? Also, does anyone know if there is an episode where Sam goes through sleep deprivation? I thought I had read about these as possibilities for the season, but I am not sure.

    From the 15 second preview it looks like the possessed man knocks Dean out and to me it seemed that that triggered the Sam/Lucifer coming back interactions? I think it would really be solid of the writers to have Sam's last shred of sanity leave because he thinks something bad (death) has happened to Dean.

    What I can't figure is if what happen to Dean is an hallucination or if what happened is what caused Sam to go nut and have others hallucination. I guess we'll see soon enough :)

    Ok, let's speculate. 
    Whaaaaatttt?! is going on with Dean, why is he laying in front of Sam while he's tuning in to Lucifer? He can't be dead, we know that much, but Demon-virus? Demon-syringe-killing-spree? Have we ever seen a monster harm with hypodermic needles before? And what's with all those symbols on the windows? Angel-proofing-gone-bad?

    I'm most intrigue by the line that Sam let Lucifer back in.  What action did Sam take that would do that?  It can't be just talking to him because he's done that before.  This is a demon episode, right?  Maybe Sam used his powers against the demon.
