the CW tapped Ethan Peck to play the prince in its futuristic drama pilot The Selection. Ethan Peck, is set to star opposite Aimee Teegarden in the project, which draws parallels to The Hunger Games. Based on the upcoming series of books by Kiera Cass, The Selection is described as an epic romance set 300 years in the future. Written by Elizabeth Craft & Sarah Fain and directed by Mark Piznarski, it centers on America Singer (Teegarden), a poor young woman who is chosen by lottery to participate in a competition to marry Prince Maxon (Peck) and become the next queen of a war-torn nation at a crossroads. Maxon has an unusual run-in with potential bride America and is impressed and intrigued with her honesty and moxie. Peck’s credits include feature In Time, a regular role on ABC Family’s 10 Things I Hate About You and an arc on the CW’s Gossip Girl. He is with ICM.

  2. He was okay on !0 Things I Hate About You.
Frankly though Larry Miller stole the show on that series so it's hard for me to recall how good anyone else was....

  4. I kind of remember him from 10 Things I Hate About You.  He was decent if forgettable.  At least he only has a tangential relationship with the CW through Gossip Girl.

  5. He was okay on ten things , and I haven't seen too much of him on the cw (Katie Cassidy has been on multiple shows , and now she's casted in Arrow. I'm tired of her). I also like the casting of Aimee , I like her

  6. Larry WAS definitelly the scene stealer, but I found the show to be pretty stellar in it's whole (still sad It didn't get a second season), and everyone on the cast to be really great.
