THE MAGUS CREW FIND CLUES OF EMMET'S DISAPPEARANCE THAT LURE THEM DEEPER INTO THE AMAZON, AND LENA MAKES A SHOCKING REVELATION TO A FELLOW CREW MEMBER, ON ABC'S "THE RIVER"

"Doctor Emmet Cole" - The Magus crew continue their trek to the Sahte Falls where they discover Emmet's camera bag. Upon further examination of the tapes within it, they find some powerful footage of Emmet that shows him spiraling out of control, and it leads the crew further into the Amazon. Meanwhile, Lena reveals a secret she's been carrying to a fellow crew member, on "The River," TUESDAY MARCH 6 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"The River" stars Bruce Greenwood as Dr. Emmet Cole, Joe Anderson as Lincoln Cole, Leslie Hope as Tess Cole, Eloise Mumford as Lena Landry, Paul Blackthorne as Clark Quietly, Thomas Kretschmann as Captain Kurt Brynildson, Daniel Zacapa as Emilio Valenzuela, Shaun Parkes as Andreus Jude ("AJ") Poulain and Paulina Gait‡n as Jahel Valenzuela.

Guest starring in "Dr. Emmet Cole" are Lee Tergesen as Russ Landry, Scott Michael Foster as Jonas Beckett, Jose Pablo Cantillo as Manny Centeno, and Katie Featherston as Rosetta "Rabbit" Fischer.

"Doctor Emmet Cole" was written Michael Green and directed by Michelle MacLaren.

  1. My first thought was that Lena's pregnant, but I doubt that. I can't wait for this!

Based on the Lena flashback we'll see in episode #7, my guess is she's been infected by something. The episode descriptions sound progressively more interesting, so I'm hoping ratings will improve somehow and we'll get a second season.  If not, I hope we'll get some resolution by episode 8 (the finale).

  3. These episodes have been so much fun that I'm really bummed we didn't, at least, get a 12 ep order.  Wonder if there will be any hope of this show being on the fall schedule.
