On top of having this "thriller" come from the collective minds of Eric Kripke and JJ Abrams, the show will have John Favreau, aka the director of Iron Man (you know...one of the most beloved superhero movies of the last decade) directing! This is pushing Revolution to the very top of the high-profile pilots list, at least for me! I thought I couldn't be more excited by this project, but it seems to just get better as the details surface!
So far that means that we have Eric Kripke, JJ Abrams, Bryan Burk, and John Favreau on our team. I like it. I like it a lot. Now, if we could get a better grasp of the storyline, since the synopsis itself isn't that great, and could use some explanation.
This just seems to be getting better and better. Who else thinks this might actually have a chance to be a great success!?
ReplyDeleteKripke, Abrams, Favreu = WIN!
ReplyDeleteSounding even more interesting. Hope it turns out awesome. It sounds good, and the director and writers are great. Now I'm hoping the actors are as well and that the plot is interesting to me. I still don't know yet if it'll be my kind of thing.
ReplyDeletethat's really interesting! the synopsis is a bit vague.. waiting for more information
ReplyDeleteThe show pedigree is very impressive and has me very curious about his project, the description doesn't sound all that interesting, but I'm sure with this group it'll be far better than it sounds
ReplyDeleteWell, for Favreau to put his name to the project says a lot, as I'm assuming he will have read the script and have thought it was valid.
ReplyDeleteHe's taking a chance here as his name with the sucess of the Iron Man movies is good, so I would be enthusiastic about Revolution.
I'm now really curious to know more.
This is definitely sounding like an interesting pilot, hope it's as awesome as it sounds.
ReplyDeleteThis just gets more awesome!
ReplyDeletethis show can't get any cooler!
ReplyDeleteSome heavy hitters on board, but i would like a little more about the show..
ReplyDeleteSweet! I liked Cowboys and Aliens, even though I wish they had a bigger budget and wished the story was executed a little better, but who's gonna say anything bad about Iron Man!
ReplyDeleteI hope we start getting casting news soon (Is hoping for Grunberg, Mitchell, O'Quinn, Forman, and/or Nichols)
That's really interesting! I'm waiting more information about the synopsis and the cast, but with such a winning team, it already sounds like a brilliant and ambitious project.
ReplyDeleteOkay the've officially covered the behind the scenes crew more than effectivelly... I'm 100% on board.
ReplyDeleteNow they just need to appropriatelly cast this baby! ;D
