    I would say a renewal is looking very likely. The ratings have remained consistent (even when put up against American Idol), which seems to indicate a pretty dedicated following.

    There is usually around an average of 7.7 millions viewers, which can or cannot be considered a success. But in the case of Revenge I would say it is a success because the viewership consists mostly of those in the 18-49 age range (roughly 90% according to the last few sets of ratings), which is what advertisers want and will pay the most for.

    On top of that I've seen Revenge widely talked about in magazines, blogs, etc. It seems to hold a certain pop culture allure in that people want to talk about it and read about it (it is a good show to talk about in social circles).

    All that combined makes it a very good candidate for renewal in my uniformed opinion lol ;-)
