    Really so ABC and Mike Kelley just allowed the BIGGEST Reveal of the season yet to be in the promo... I mean its clear its Daniel who dies now cuz u see him floating in mid air at the very beginning. and then after Jack dragged his body over and everyone plus Victoria runs over screaming his name it was totally him. So i guess the big shock is who killed him seeing tonight set up some possibiltes... Mike Kelley did reavel Tyler comes back with his own agenda for Emily... But they showed Emily put the gun in her legging in her dress.. I did read Mike Kelley was going back to his original idea on the beach murder so i kinda figured it would be Daniel all along.

    Wow.It certently looks like they had the guts to keep to original plan and have It be Daniel be one who
    gets killed.Good for them.It's also possable Emily kills him.In pilot Emily moved sand off her hand,and promo has her with gun at party.But,we will have to wait to see If that Is case.Of course If Emily does kill him she will frame someone for It.

    I'm still not convinced that it's Daniel who gets killed, evil of me to say but I hope that it's him cos I want them to stick to the original plan. I don't think Emily killed him though because she's not that heartless is she? Plus it's too obvious if it was her.

    it's pretty obvious daniel is the one who's shot , and i'm pretty sure tyler will be somehow responsible ... but that does NOT mean that daniel is gonna die from the injury ... that's my guess at least

    that is such a make you believe it's Daniel floating shot, look at it properly you can see the faded edges it's a hullcination of his body.  Emily putting the gun in her stocking's is at home before the party even start's so i don't think she has done it either.  I'm gonna go with David Clarke has returned he wasn't dead and if your someone standing behind him you could easily think you are looking at Daniel.  The real Emily Thorne will be the shooter is my guess.

    Shouldn't that already tell you something about this reveal?!!!

    IF Daniel is the one to be shot, which I'm not convinced by, because rule no. 1 on TV - it's never what it appears to be - then there's certainly much more to it.

    If you read Entertainment Weekly's Review for last night and there thoughts on who took the Infinity Box and they think the shooter is... Its out of left field but i can actually see it happening. They are speculating Ashley is the puppetmaster. I can actually see how that could be. She gets a lot of screentime and dosn't do very much so there has to be a point for a sidebar to get all this screentime and involvement for nothing right. Plus shes the one who had Emily rent Lydia's beach house so she must know every inch of that place right... Plus after her scene with Conrad last night deffinatley seemed as a Red Flag as something is coming about Ashley. When Vicky asked her if she was close to her family she said not particulary could be nothing but could be whole lotta something. Im very intrested to see how the rest of the season plays out especially after seeing last nights ep and the last half with things coming out and leaving everyone as danger minus Ashley she seems to be the only one who is apparently safe from it all maybe because shes the one pinning Emily against the Graysons just what Emily is trying to do with people let them work for you... Ashley could have Emily "work for her" and allow her to do her little revenge scheme while she takes care of her own agenda. Idk but Im really convinced now Ashley is more involved with this whole thing than we are led to believe.

    Oh wow...am now TOTALLY confused. First my guesses were daniel after the first esp. then psyco tyler coz maybe they wanted pple to believe it daniel when its not him, but them showing this clip, it cant be that obvious that its daniel since they show him fallin, the producers would be foolish to sell that out being shot, UNLESS they now want to reflect they whole scandal on the shooter then now ur coming up with david clark being bk (which i highly doubt coz real amanda knows her facts pretty well) and u also have me thinking now of ashley being the shooter....lets not forget fake amanda being VERY upset with real amanda coz she had to lie to jack even when jack saw the tape in the end, plus she's killed s'one b4 fearlessly.... ahhhhh they are so MANY turns this eps can take.... it better get here ASAP before more guesses come up!! LOL

    I was absolutely positive it was Daniel who got shot...UNTIL I saw this promo.  It's too busy giving us shots to convince us it is him that I've been convinced it's not.

    If you watch the promo carefully, you will see that when Daniel falls at the first moments of the promo, he is not wearing black gloves,... but when victoria runs near to the corpse, the man wears black gloves,... Also its funny that when she is running to the corpse his hands is down to his body, and when she is reaching to him his hand covers his face...
