  1. Not terrible for a late night horror... not great either though :P

  2. Yay, Glee continues to be quite strong. Last night's episode was AMAZING, if you ask me. I don't understand why everybody hates it. It reminded me of Season 1 A LOT. Also, the numbers for The River are not bad, but certainly not great. But I'm sure, ratings will decrease next week... and then the cancellation clock is already going to tick.

  3. Well the River seems to be doing better then first reported. It certainly wasn't a flop.

  4. I personally don't watch scary shows so I am never going to watch the river but last night was not a good night to air any pilot.  NCIS was terrific!

  5. The ratings for Ringer are rather bad and I'm sorry for that, but even happier for Supernatural which achieved 0.8 on the Friday.

I don't doubt now that Supernatural will be renewed as there are week-day shows doing much worse.

Was SMG not on the Letterman show recently. I would have thought that that would have given the show a boost.

  6. According to InsideTV...
The River's ratings were comparable to Off the Map last year ... and went down a tenth of a rating point for each half hour it was on,

That can't be a good sign....it certainly did not take ABC long to cancel Off the Map as I recall..  Ouch!

  7. All the advertising and appearances from SMG, I thought this would have helped Ringer.

Not good at all. Definite Cancellation

  8. Ouch for The River, seems like it would have worked better for a Cable channel

  9. I hope ABC at least let it run through the first season. I think it'd be a good little 8 or so episode miniseries. I just finished the first 2 episodes and it's definitely got me intrigued. I just wish more people were into shows that freak you out and make you think rather than cop shows that, to be honest, don't really change at all.

  10. I hope The River's ratings improve, and if they don't, please air the entire season! There's only six more episodes left.

And poor Ringer. I guess we're going to lose it after this season, which sucks.

  11. Well, The River at least retained the mediocre ratings of its lead-in...

  15. Where's the press release of Nielsen Media Research data and Marc Berman@TVMediaInsights? I like to read it.

  16. Ohh come on Ringer! You guys can't cancel this show! I love it too much. It just got interesting

  17. Ringer is dead. There's no way they can bring the show back next season with a 0.5 in the middle of the week, not even on the CW.

  18. OMG people just watch Parenthood already. If it gets cancelled I don't know what I'm gonna do with my life. It's one of the best tv shows that have ever graced television.
