I wanted to mention i liked the nod to the books with the pizza man game. diana would never have played in the books though. and i thought it was toned down and fun.
Diana is such an hypocrite acting like such a great friend, ''I don't care that Cassie is making up with my ex'' and the second Cassie get in danger she's doesn't care^^;
And all they're doing with Melissa it's either nothing or drugs, that when the shows is not too busy doing love triangle
I guess the main reasons people are watching is because they want to watch the girls, you just look at the comments and it proove it. Poor episode
First episode that I actually liked a lot. I love it when the girls (Faye, Diana and Melissa) are together. Cassie was of course annoying, but at least things happened around her, so yay. Faye and Jake surprisingly hot together, I would like to see more of them interacting, preferably as unlikely friends.

Diana was high as hell with an almost complete loss of inhibition. People do and say all sorts of stupid stuff in that condition.
Not bad. It was a decent episode. - How the hell did Cassie crush a metal medallion with her bare hands? - Cassie tossing Jake across the church with just a wave of her hand reminded me of the demons on Supernatural. - Diana and Melissa should never do that drug again. They were so annoying. - I think the characters are being too hard on Jake. Cassie wanted answers about what was happening to her and Jake got them. They may have came from a witch hunter but so what? Cassie came to Jake for answers (and help) and Jake delivered. - I hope this is the start of Faye softening up a little. She's been worse than Jake this whole time but she doesn't get nearly the grief he does from the other characters. - The absence of Dawn and Charles made this a better episode. - Adam still annoys the hell out of me and I don't see that changing any time soon. - I hope someone will take Cassie under their wing and really teach her how to effectively use her abilities. I want to see her do some serious damage.
Sometime you say stuff you think but you just never say when you're not drunk or under drugs. Just because you're other influence of something doesn't mean everything you say you didn't agree with
But anyway no one will never care cause they just watch either to see ''hot girls'' or to see a love triangle^^;

Speaking as someone who watches the show for neither of those reasons, I hope that's not the case because there would be no incentive to improve the show.
You just look at the comments here, you have almost half of the comments talking abou the girls being hot and considering how its popular among teen to see cheesy love triangle (and its from the same guy than the vampires), I wouldn't be surprise to see more and more and more and more of that in the futur, to become maybe more important than the rest of the story
Let's keep things in perspective. We're talking about a topic with thirteen posts about a show that had over 1.8 million live viewers this week. .000007% is hardly a fair representation of the audience.
its not like its totally impossible they're using the girls to attract guys, since their others shows is all about ''look I'm a vampire so I'm sexy and teen girls are fainting before me ihih''
it wouldn't be the new of the century if the producers would try to do the opposite
There will always be guys who watch shows for superficial reasons but The CW has a long track record of producing and promoting shows specifically to attract the W18-34 demographic. This show is no exception.
Well all in all, I thought that this was a decent episode (not the best one) but still good
I thought that Damn Cassie was so strong to break that medallion with her bare hands. Cassie shouldn't be so mean to Jake I mean he has helped her out u know and she never gave him the chance to speak. Even though the devil fruit made Diana and Melissa more interesting they were still kind of annoying Adam annoys me to no end and I don't see that changing happening any time soon. Bleh I hate Adam and Cassie together they are so boring and cheesy and Adam drags Cassie down (they need to break up soon or i'll die!)
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
It was so freakingly awesome

ReplyDeleteand how exactly do you know its *Only* them who are doing that?
ReplyDeleteYou used this topic as an example. I'm just using facts and following your lead.
