  1. Glee was beyond amazing tonight. It takes a ballsy show to attack such an important topic as teen suicide, im glad Glee did it with such  grace and honor to those kids that suffer and feel suicidal.  Then to tackle txtin while driving and teen marriage.  The regional competition was amazing. Karofsky was sublime.

  2. Fantastic episode.

For some reason, the moment Quinn was shown in her car, I knew a car accident will happen.
I also LOVE how the title of the episode was featured throughout the episode, and was mentioned in the last three seconds of the episode.

  3. Quiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinn! ;________________________________;

The episode was great, really great. I loved the performances, loved Sue's interactions with Will and Quinn. And Karofsky... wow, that was really emotional, his scene with Kurt was awesome!

But i'm worried about Quinn... i doubt she'll die, but we don't know the side effects she can have, it was a huge car crash.

  4. Loved it!!! This episode hit home because I know what bullying feels like and it's not fun. Regionals were amazing and OMG Quinn!! Glee is turning into 24!

  5. I can't believe Quinn is dead!! ;(

  6. 46 long days till we get to see the ending of that cliffhanger....

  7. Murphy doesn't have the balls to kill her off. She'll walk away with nothing more than a scratch, they'll deliver a sermon about texting while driving, and everything will be back to normal within four episodes. Mark my words.

  8. OMG is all I have to say.

  9. I hope Quinn doesn't die, but I feel like I read somewhere that a major character would die. Not really interested in a Finn/Rachel wedding so glad that didn't happen. I loved the performances and I loved Karfosky (sorry if spelled wrong). There are a lot of teens who probably go through some of his same problems, so I'm glad Glee took that on. April 10th is a long ways away so I hope it comes fast.

  10. But what about Dalton zero tolerance policy???????!!!! Oh, Glee.
Too depressing... not gonna watch it again.
Quinn's not dead coz Dianna recorded something just a week ago. Well, it could be Quinn's ghost or something. Knowing Glee. But she could be in a wheelchair and therefore could be paired with Artie. Knowing Glee.

  11. One of the best "GLEE" episodes there's ever been.

  12. Oh my gosh, KAROFSKY.  I had to pause the video on my computer for a few minutes to work through the tears until I could see clearly again.  What a powerful topic to tackle, especially since it has serious implications for our contemporary society.  Even seeing how Sebastian was kind of humbled by the whole situation gave it a more powerful message.  I was glad they also had Will point out that everyone has something that could push them off the edge.. it was important to note that suicide is an encompassing thing.  The show packed a serious punch from the start, which I was not expecting at all, and I'm glad they didn't treat it lightly and brush it off.  Karofsky's conversation with Kurt in the hospital absolutely broke my heart.. absolutely fantastic.  That was the heart of the whole episode for me.

One gripe: the weird vampire judge getting wheeled on-stage in a coffin was pretty insensitive.  Seriously.. you just dealt with a survived suicide attempt and you're bringing in a coffin?  The writers dropped the ball on that one.  Not cool.

  13. I sincerely hope not.  I'm not saying I hope she'll die, but after the emotional weight of the episode, that would be such a cheap cop out.  There HAS to be more to it than that.

  14. I guess the wedding could have technically happened, though I'm thinking the lack of Quinn's response and her not actually arriving would derail the whole thing.. and then maybe someone would get a phone call, telling them she was in an accident?  I don't know.. but I'm with you - I hope the wedding didn't happen.  They're not ready!

  15. I think she will become paralyzed, much like Artie. That will be a perfect parallel with her being back on the Cheerios, and coming full circle with her inner demons.

  16. Ausiello's spoiler for this ep was two words - Dream Sequence. Am I the only one getting a horrible feeling that the crash at the end is the dream sequence? And am I the only one that would hate that?

  17. wow. One of the better eps this season for sure. I was feeling that the plot/character development of Sebastian was too quick to believe at first but understood that they needed to fit in all the performances, which were great and the ND win wasn't unexpected. The ending and the possible outcomes of that really stepped up the meter for the ep, but have to say that the performance of actor playing Karofsky was impressive and screamed volumnes with no words at all. If I recall correctly, I think that back in S1, Ryan Murphy had said that Kurt's bf to be (at that time) would be a jock who was in the closet and Kurt would help him thru his situation, and I think that's what Karofsky was intended to be until Blaine struck such a not with the fans, but I'm glad that they kept the character in and hope that they at least make him a recurring character, because as either the hateful bully or the changed and now tormented person that he is now, the guy brought the goods. kudos

  18. Quinn should have bought the IPhone 4S, Siri could have saved her life via the voice to text command. Or she could have txt'd during a red light. I think her life will be screwed after the crash and the Finachel Wedding will be postponed because of the news they receive about Quinn. Overall it was a fantastic episode. I hate hiatus, can't wait for April 10th.

  19.  i read about that fantasy sequence spoiler also and i would be really upset if i waited over a month for a cliffhanger that turned out to be a dream

  20. i was thinking this too... but also ***spoiler** i saw a pic of quinn in a wheelchair... so who knows what will be a dream sequence....whether it will be the whole wedding thing or her surviving the crash as a dream sequence... you never know... alot of shows do this.. ie. Dallas and house.... but it will be interesting once april 10 comes around...

  21. Wow, this episode had me crying like a baby the entire time. Should be interesting to see what the next episode is.

  22. I agree with all you are saying, and I'm hugging and crying all over you now.

About teh vapire thing. Lolzl, I thought it as well, but It wouldn't be Glee without some dark random humour. And I kinda like that.

  25. I'm with you! Big time happy during the Stronger number turned into *sob* Quinn no! *sob*

  26. oh! this episode was so moving. I might have shed a tear or two during the whole suicide attempt scene. Karofsky really touched my heart.

I kind of guessed the car accident too, but I am very curious about what happens next. I am not really sure what to think. She could be dead. all the scenes with her this episode kind of leads up to it. all of the "I pulled through in the end", "I would never take my own life", "I accept your happiness" and "I've always admired you Quinn" scenes makes you think. If she really is, the next episode is going to be absolutely heartbreaking!

  27. I thought that episode was awesome and I hadn't thought that about Glee for a long time until tonight. I thought they tackled the issue regarding teen suicide really well. The Karofsky and Kurt scenes were so heartfelt.
They sang Young The Giant, Finn and Rachel were adorable, Sue had a change of heart (how long that lasts - doesn't matter lol) and they won Regionals (was there ever a doubt? hehe)The ending though, I've just seen that scene so many times, from Alias to Gossip Girl such a repeated gimic but each time it's still heartwrenching. I hope Quinn survives, she's suffered enough, the poor girl. Waiting is the worst.

  28. I appreciated the hug, but not my wet shoulder haha.. ;)  And I get what you're saying about the vampire thing, I just couldn't believe it - my jaw dropped a little.

  29. Wow that episode had everything in it. Can't believe they left it like that and I have to wait until April to see it. UGH.

  30. I don't think that was a dream I just think some Glee members will be dreaming of what happened to Quinn and we will find out after everyone wakes up

  31. Fantastic episode, just fantastic.

  32. I thought that might happen as well - it would force her to remember her words at the beginning of this episode, when she commented that Karofsky was being selfish, and that nothing would ever be bad enough to consider suicide.  If she became paralyzed, especially when life looked like it was headed only up?  It would be interesting to see how she dealt with that.

  33. This could have been one of the best episodes ever in glee.
Although I think the Dave Karofsky storyline with Warbler blackmail could've been one episode and then Regionals and the teen-wedding could've been another episode. At least make it an 1h30 episode, because for me the last 15 minutes were extremely rushed. And considering the glimpses we had during the promo, there were more scenes that had to be cut.
I loved the the writing and the possibilities that this episodes brings.
But what ruined this episode for me was the director and how they put it all together. How could Kurt have time to leave school, change, go see Dave, change again and the go to the wedding, and Quinn who just went to get her dress didn't have time? And the close ups during the songs were badly timed and confusing.
In my opinion it could've been the best, but it got confusing and too heavy.

  34. OMG!!

    This was........
    I don't know. I'm speechless.
    I'm crying, I'm laughing. I'm screaming.
My emotions are all over the place.
    This was fantastic.

  35. I appreciate that the show tried to tackle a sensitive and important subject but I felt like I was watching an after school special.  The whole thing fell short with me, even the music.  All of it.

  36. I loved everything about this episode!!!! I hope Quinn doesn't die! I knew they'd win regionals, i bet they're gonna win nationals as well... I hate that we have to wait a long time for the next episode.

  37. There is a picture of Quinn in a wheel chair with artie so she is at least paralyzed for a little bit...

  38. This was by far Glee's best episode this season, at least in my opinion. It's been the first time in a long while that I enjoyed all of the songs again. I thought they were amazing. Especially the first song Blaine sang and the last two songs from the New Directions.

But music aside, this was such a strong and brave episode. The topic of suicide sure isn't the easiest and while Glee dealt with bullying ever since they started, this took it to a whole new level and I thought they dealt with it really really way. Just the scene of David's father finding him was placed a little weird. Too weird.
And I was shocked. So shocked. I never thought they'd actually have the guts to do it, but it seems I was wrong. I'm glad I was.
And Quinn. Well, I'm kind of sad Rachel's and Finn's wedding gets this extra drama now, because it is - in some way - enough drama to begin with, but well. I saw it coming when they took such emphasis on Quinn driving and repeatedly checking her phone when Rachel texted her, but that's ok. It doesn't mean I didn't flinch when the cars crashed.

I thought Glee wasn't as good anymore as before, but this episode quite surprised me and made me remember how much I love that show again. I'm glad they reached this level again and I hope the upcoming episodes won't be a let down.
