    Clip #1 - I love that they actually have a "landlord drill" that they practice.
    Clip #2 - "You always see the worst in people."  "Yeah, because people are the worst."  My world view is eerily similar to Nick's.
    Clip #3 - Schmidt was really quick to list things that were worse than asking permission.  LOL
    Clip #4 - This is the kind of Nick / Jess plot I like.  When they go to extremes to defend their opposing viewpoints, it's hilarious.
