The Mentalist
Thanks to CJDavey for the heads up that Episode 4.20 of The Mentalist will be called "Something Rotten in Redmund"

okay. This sounds weird.
ReplyDeleteOkay, someone needs to explain,i think i came back this afternoon a little dense.I do not understand why she is asking if anyone knows?
ReplyDeleteIt's a reference to something...she's asking if anyone knows the reference...
ReplyDeleteI suppose it's a reference to Shakespeare quote :
ReplyDelete"Something is rotten in the state of Denmark" (Hamlet)
In french, we use the exact translation "il y a quelque chose de pourri au royaume de Danemark".
It's an expression which means that something is wrong or corrupted.
i am agree with you very strange tittle, redmund is a city is very criptic.
ReplyDeleteShe confirmed that it is a reference to Hamlet, she didn't say why. But Hamlet is a fitting reference, the play is all about revenge...
