    Derek's look is concerning in one way, but in the other, i think the way he is holding Zola make's me wonder if he is happy that his little girl is healthy, because of what's happening with the intern's baby.
    I also think Mer tries to be the sounding board for Cristina again this episode.

     The tone of this promo is very different from the ABC promo so I don't think I can compare the two like I usually would.

    agree they are both totally different, think the ctv one is more on the money about what's gonna happen where as the ABC promo was full of past episode scene's. eg mer/der scene was epi 6, lex/jackson scene was epi 8 do they think we are stopid.
