Agreed. By at least 5 minutes. So is Peter going to give up on the idea that the machine could get him back to his timeline when it is increasingly looking like there is no other timeline to get back to? I'm curious about if what Nina is doing to Olivia is causing this too. Way too many questions. I'm on tenterhooks waiting for those answers they promised.
"So is Peter going to give up on the idea that the machine could get him back to his timeline when it is increasingly looking like there is no other timeline to get back to?"
He'll catch on eventually. Maybe September will set him straight.
"I'm curious about if what Nina is doing to Olivia is causing this too."
Maybe as a side effect? I think whatever she's planning is more sinister and on a bigger scale.
She may be causing this on purpose - she finds Peter important and the best way to keep him in the current timeline is turning this Olivia into his Olivia. It's a long shot but who knows at this point. Could be anything.
Ahhhh I'm so excited! Anna Torv is amazing, she's looking more and more like our Olivia as she remembers too! Come on, hurry up and say 'Be a better man than your father!', maybe this is what William Bell set her up for when he told her to remember it and that she'd need it way back!
I am still holding out that Peter is in the wrong place. Going back to "And Those We Left Behind" -Peter realized that his presence may be causing some of this events and at an exponential rate...I believe that is why every thing in this time line is possible, because he's causing ripple effect from the future iteration (his) back onto this one....but he might be destroying it faster than it originally had.
I believe that the only way Peter can get into the machine is if he has his "crow bar"....Now that this Olivia believes she is the other Olivia and can come to use her capabilites in conjuntion that Nina may be giving her cortexifan booster shots (see "The Adventures of the Pattern Comic), then one problem solved.
I so agree about Olivia looking more like our Olivia. There's something about her that looks more recognisable. Anna Torv is brilliant - she adds these subtle touches that make each version of the character different.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
