    Season 3 is going to be awesome - and more people are getting aware of the show (and that it's not about cougars at all), I think Bill has a fair chance (I certainly hope so!).

    It's really tough to call, but I say renewed, sorry b3rt4. Fandom + good reviews + tough slot (against Glee and stuck between an 80s sitcom and a phony "horror" show that just does not belong on ABC) = I think Cougar Town might get a fourth season as a midseason replacement.

    FYI, just finished watching episode 1.09 and the show's getting really good now.

    I'm on the fence still. I think that it could come back next year like it did this year.... kinda of a mystery start date that ends up being a mid-season replacement.
