why would anyone argue with a fake truce? Sadly, Klaus keeps bordering on becoming the T-Bag of Vampire Diaries. There will be some logical reason that Elijah won't kill Klaus right away. I'm betting they're going to find a way to set aside their differences and work together. Sigh.
Damon does have a point but he also doesn't have much of a right saying that. Technically he and elena first kissed when he was dying from the werewolf bite whilst stefan was practically selling his soul to the devil for him.
I don't think why would Elijah trust Klaus, Elijah was fooled once, he won't make the same mistake. He's just playing with both parts (Klaus) (Salvatore Brothers). All he wants, it's his family back and Klaus is controlling that part. Just like Stefan. C'mon Damon you're in a very bad position saying to Stefan what he has to do because you're always screwing things !
Damon didn't kiss her back. So it was hardly a real kiss. And Free Pass Stefan really has no right to be upset. This is the dude who in 3.11 shoved blood down his ex's throat, and took her on a ride making her think he was going to murder her on the spot her parents died, and then he left her stranded on the spot her parents died. But Free Pass Stefan got a free pass for all that. He also told Damon it was Damon's responsibility to protect Elena, since that was no longer his job. Yet, ooh, Damon kissed Elena and now he acts like he has a right to be upset about it.
Damon didn't exactly stop the kiss though did he, but then again he didn't exactly have the strength to i guess. Yh what ur saying is true but then again damon has shoved blood down elena's throat twice (i think) though not even he would go as far as to do what stefan did in 3.11, at least i hope he wouldn't. In a way both brothers are as bad as eachother but i cnt make my mind up on who can be the better villian... btw sounds like you got issues with stefan lol :D
Well, the whole problem with Klaus is that no one knows how to kill him. The sacrifice was supposed to make him weak enough to take out. And then their second chance involved Michael. So they are back at square one. He's not unkillable but he is unkillable for now, until they find another way.
It's not solely the technical issues for me. The reason I used the term "bordering" is because at this point I only have half the story. Yes, Elijah is awake. But I don't know that he's going to forgive Klaus for betraying and knifing him or if he's going to be stupid enough to buy any lie Klaus tells him. I don't even know if Klaus is going to lie to Elijah. I can't condemn the show for something it hasn't done yet. :-D
I think part of my problem is that I still feel burned by the handling of Mikael's demise. We got a big giant build up of that character and he went down too easily. IMHO. That sequence felt like a lot of fancy tap dancing to keep Klaus on the canvas. I cried foul when I saw the scene and several people explained the logistics and the logic and, on paper, it all fits. But I was far too easy to get rid of the only thing that terrified Klaus. I still feel like the writers cheated a little because when they followed the story to its natural point...they decided to backpedal. Which bugs me so much because I've come to expect so much from the show.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
good point damon
ReplyDeleteOh dear. I miss Ripper Stefan already.
ReplyDeleteGet over it.
thanks

ReplyDeleteI know. All so Free Pass Stefan is in the right. Even Rebekah finding out Dirt Bad murdered her mother didn't turn her against this freak.

ReplyDelete"There will be some logical reason that Elijah won't kill Klaus right away".
ReplyDeleteYeah, Klaus is completely immortal and stronger than Elijah. Damon brought him back to stir up some shit, nothing more.
I'm sure you're right that it will backfire though, although Damon has the trump card in knowing that Klaus killed their mother.
Yeah it did turn her against Klaus. She lured him back into a trap.
ReplyDeleteElena didn't give her the chance to change her mind.
Oh, get over it Stefan.. you'd think Damon bit her or something.. Stefan's crazy is kind of what pushed them together in the first place, anyway.
ReplyDeleteI know.. I hope whiny Stefan doesn't become a thing. I like him better when he's all "villainy"

ReplyDeleteWell we don't know he's totally immortal until someone cuts his head off or rips his heart out and he doesn't die...
ReplyDeletethanks

ReplyDeleteWondering if the person in the coffin is the Original Doppelganger....
ReplyDeleteMaybe. Oh, God, it would be too many "Elenas" running around! So confusing, LOL.
ReplyDeleteElena kissed Damon. All Damon did was lie there, continuing to die.
ReplyDeleteDamn right. Stefan blew it. He went nuts and doesn't have any claim on Elena. He needs to stop pouting and shut his hole.
ReplyDeleteWe do actually.
ReplyDeleteThey explicitly stated in season 2 that the originals can not be killed by the usual means.

That's the real source of my concern.
