  2. "Hello, Boys." Meg's back! lol

  3. Wasn't the last time we saw Meg she was siding with the good guys, tonguing Castiel and getting cut up by Corin Nemec?

  4. Pretty excited to have Meg back. Not sure about Castiel yet. Right now I'm gonna say...no. But it depends on how it's done. I personally am just kind of over him, to be honest. I could do without his return.

  5. Me too.... a bit ashamed of it but it's not my fault. Misha and Rachel just totally work together....

  6. Yep. I'll be curious what happens with her character next.

  7. Meg and Cas were fun together. I'd love to see the writers team them up for a few episodes. Great screwed-up couple.

  8. I miss castiel and the boys could use a friends, so this is good news.

  9. Yay for Minear, I seriously love her as Meg! I loved the first one, but Rachel's so sweet and cute face really creeps me out combined with her vicious sneers and teases.

And Meg is the only female characters that has been around from season 1, that IS important in a show like SPN.

And Cas is back... call me a heathen, but Ithink they are going to screw him up even more. Sera was not kind when Cas was in her power in the past, don't see that changing soon or ever :/

  10. yeah for Meg,,,,meh for Cas..but we shall see

btw what an adorable kid awwww

  11. Misha looking like he's put on a little weight to anyone else? Just thought he looked a little less svelt. His kid is so cute, its nice to know he'll have his family with him while he shoots his 3 episodes. Bonus if we get any pics of West on set.

  12. Cool,Meg is always fun to watch..There is a part of me that will be a little sad if/when she dies.

As for the second part of the news..FINALLY!I've really missed Cas.Can't wait to see how he returns!

  13. Yay, hope Rachel is there for Supernatural as I do love her as Meg.

Nice to see the Collins family pic too.

  14. That's great news! Can't wait to see Cass back! And Meg too, I always found her character very interesting;)

  15. I'm excited to see how Cas is gonna return and YAY if Rachel Miner is back too as Meg. I still think that one kiss those two had last season was one of the hottest things ever

  16. I'd prefer Castiel  had stayed gone (nothing against Misha)but if he has to come back from the dead a third time I'm glad its only  for 3 episodes and Singer saying its for  "conclusion and closure" makes it sound like this time the Angel and the Angel mythology will finaly be gone for good.

  17. Yea!! MIsha is finally coming back, loved the Cas(I learned it from the pizza man) & Meg.

  18. I wouldn't mind seeing some more of Meg - I like Rachel Miner a lot more than I liked Nicki Aycox.  It makes me so happy to see that Misha is back in Vancouver!  And it's great that he brought his family along - West is still absolutely adorable  :)

  19. Wouldn't it be crazy if she returned WITH him?  If Castiel doesn't come back with his memories, I could totally see Meg inserting herself in his life and making like they were together before.  She did have a strange fascination with him haha.. I'm pretty sure that the two of them showing up together would make Dean burst a blood vessel!

  20. I like Meg in any shape or form, for she knows just about as much about the brothers as they do themselves.
After all she has been there since season 1 and has also possessed Sam, when I presume she got to share all his thoughts too.
I like it when there are plenty of enemies for the boys to go up against, ( or in this particular case maybe an ally?)

I'm afraid Castiel's return doesn't enthusiase me at all.
That story-arc is over. All the other angels are dead too, so what's the point.
Sometimes you just have to move forward.
I would much rather have some interesting new characters to focus on.

All his fans will probably be unhappy anyway if he gets eliminated after only three episodes and I can understand their point of view.
For me the writers should just have left well alone.

  21. misha and his son looks fantastic his wife beatifull and meg great

  22. I'm not a particular fan of Rachel Miner as Meg. She's not kick-ass or dramatic enough for me.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I hope they finally kill Meg off!  She killed Jo!  It's way past time for her to receive Winchester justice.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I didn't notice, but I want to know why does it matter whether or not he gained weight? Really?

    ReplyDelete
  25. I beg to differ. I need closure. And I'll take 3 episodes over zip zero. And no guest star could ever be more interesting than Bobby and Castiel to me. I miss them both so much. Jody is the only character left besides Sam and Dean and the villains that I'm interested in. :(

    ReplyDelete
  26. Yeah kill off the Leviathans, Meg, and Crowley. Except Crowley really is a fun villain could wait until next season for him lol.

I want Cas back for those reasons too...and well...just cause. :P

  27. I knew Cas was coming back.  Robert Singer and Sera said he was for three episodes.  They said it would have a better ending, which is not the right word, but I'm drawing a blank.  It would be interesting to see Meg. She and Cas seemed to have something between them.  Have to wait and see on that.  I'm not sure how Dean is going to deal with this.  Every spoiler I've read and things Jared said lately makes me think that Dean is going to have a rough time of it.    This is Supernatural....when has he not had a rough time of it?

    ReplyDelete
  28. That chemistry has been occurring since season 5, in a weird way.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Meg coming back, maybe? Heh, awesome! I do like her. Castiel's return, gag. Not looking forward to that.

    ReplyDelete
  30. I'm always excited to see Cas and Meg. Meg wins bonus points for being the only female character that hasn't died AND has been around since season one.

    ReplyDelete
  31. I totally agree with you. I need closure too and I truly think Cas character also need it.
I remember those words he said to Dean :
"I'm gonna find some way to redeem myself to you."
I'm still waiting for Cas to fulfill that promise.

I would like to see some healing between Cas and Sam too. Sam was so in awe the first time he saw an angel (cas). Maybe some reconciliation with our favorite angel could help him regain some of the faith I think he lost during the apocalypse thing.

As for the guest star I confess I miss Gabriel/the trickster a lot too :-)

    ReplyDelete
  32. I miss Cas, but do not miss Meg at all.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I agree, Cas needs to make amends and I loved the look on Sam's face the first time he saw Castiel.  Other than the guys, Cas has been my favorite character on the show and that is saying something because I loved Bobby, John, Gabriel, Jo & Crowley.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Here's something I just thought of....

with her becoming a Lucifer Loyalist ever since the Devil popped out of the cage, what if she heard through the grapevine that a little angel that could named Castiel went down their and brought back Sam's body?  Meg could be towing Castiel around, trying to get him to remember and possibly leak out a way into Satan's cage?

    ReplyDelete
  35. I still think he looks fantastic  :)  It could just be odd to see him without his trenchcoat

    ReplyDelete
  36. I'd like closure as well, but if they bring him back just to "kill him for good", I'll be pretty angry.  That's just cruel  :(

    ReplyDelete
  37. I wished for more Sam/Castiel scenes until Misha's last episode.. I get that he and Dean share a "more profound bond" or whatever, but I always thought he and Sam would have gotten along.  Maybe he just couldn't get past the "boy with the demon blood/Lucifer's vessel" thing?

    ReplyDelete
  38. I would love it if Rachel Miner was coming back...I love her Meg!!

    Aww at Misha's son.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Where did you get that "all the other angels" are dead?  Castiel only got rid of Raphael's followers.  There's still Joshua and there are probably a third of angels still out there.  You think Heaven is just completely empty?  Lol.

    ReplyDelete
  40. By series end, I think Crowley will still be alive.  He is a semi-ally, so I think there should be a "decent" King of Hell to watch the cage and keep Lucifer and Michael in there instead of having a Lucifer Loyalist as the king or queen.

    ReplyDelete
  41. That's my interpretation of Singer's comments. too. "Castiel's character" (whatever version of MC's character he is this time) would achieve his redemption in some way (just speculating).

IIRC, Robt Singer felt that "Cas Fans" would be more satisfied with MC's 3 episode arc then many of them were with "Cas's death scene" when he walked into the reservoir, and his vessel - per interviews - was destroyed.

    ReplyDelete
  42. I think she meant dead to the story.  All the angels brought in to tell the angel story line are dead except for Joshua and he was just a messenger.  I agree that the whole angel mytharc is dead, and not just Supernatural dead.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I think that explain indeed some of the mixed feelings between those two.
I think Cas tried his best to have a more open mind and get past the demon-blood thing, but you just cannot erase all your beliefs, all you've
been taught so easily. The hesitant handshake, the first time they met, illustrated that perfectly.

I do very much love the "special bound" between Dean and Cas, but I would like some more positive feelings between Cas and Sam too.
Sam deserve it, he was after all the one who pried for Cas to let them help, even when Dean had lost hope.

And I do miss the Sam in awe of the angels. There is some innocence lost in Sam that I find sad.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Agreed.  If anyone survives what will undoubtedly be a bloody ending for the series, it will be Crowley.  And I'm good with that.  In fact, he could snark me right to closing credits and I'd be at least a little satisfied.

    ReplyDelete
  45. well, Cas has the record of the character who died most often so you may have a point ...
But I have the feeling Cas won't be killed again, I'm just an optimist like that :-)

ps : If I'm wrong, I will kidnap the writers, put some salt on the sole of their feet and let my favorite goat lick them until they resuscitate Cas again :-D

    ReplyDelete
  46. Hahaha torture of the highest degree.. I like the way you think!  :)  I figure if I go in with low expectations, maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised?  Not too many people are getting happy endings this season  :(

    ReplyDelete
  47. I miss that, too.. he was so adorable when he geeked out over meeting Castiel, and he's systematically been stripped of any innocence he might have retained over the course of the show.. the poor kid had a tough enough childhood, is it too much to ask for him to have a little bit of happiness?  I realize that's a lot to hope for on this show though, haha

    ReplyDelete
  48.  Klutzy, you know I'm not a 'shipper but even I would love to see Cas and Meg get their own storyline.  It's just so dirty and hilarious.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Crowley's too crafty to die haha.. he could probably talk his way out of anything. I can totally picture him wandering the earth on his own, smirking at the fact that he's the ONLY one left.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Can she please just come back to die!? She's a great character and all but she's turned into the herpes of the Supernatural baddies. xD If she is back this season that'll mean she's been in every season bar 3 in some way.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Sorry, you're right. :)

What I meant to say was that the angels who were part of that story-arc are dead, the various Zachariahs and Balthazars etc.

Certainly Heaven will still have plenty of angels left, and if the writers wanted to, they could start the whole thing up again but I think it's a bad idea to try and re- do what has already been well fleshed out with a three season arc.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Thanks for interpreting  my inexact words for me. :-)  :)

    ReplyDelete
  53. Nice. Meg is never boring, so I'm happy she's back.

I do find it funny, however how many posters want her to die. I mean usually everybody is compaining how they are killing off the supporting characters or are only the male ones important.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Good observation!

I like Meg, and anyway the only way to keep a female recurring character on the show seems to be for her to be either evil or a motherly figure like Ellen was, and now Jodie.

There's nothing wrong with that, because the way the show is written it's impossible for the two brothers to have any meaningful or on-going relationships with women, something that the brothers themselves are well aware of.

So bring on the female baddies, if that's the only way to go, and Meg is in pole position as she is the most long-lived.

  55. I don't think they would repeat what seasons four, five and six did with the angels and what not either, but even if we have one angel left, I don't think the angel arc is over quite just yet.  We still have Lucifer(in a way) and we're getting Castiel back, even if for three episodes.  The arc will truly be dead when we have no more appearances from any angels, fallen or not.

  56. I beg to differ. I need closure. And I'll take 3 episodes over zip zero. And no guest star could ever be more interesting than Bobby and Castiel to me. I miss them both so much. Jody is the only living character left besides Sam and Dean and the villains that I'm interested in. :(
