oooh, intriguing.
ReplyDeleteI'm still not exhausted by this series so I would be happy if they can bring on a 3rd Series.
ReplyDeleteSounds logical when you know the story it's based on... *won't spoil more*
ReplyDeleteIf someone hasn't read the classic story of Doyle which features Reichenbach, then it would really not be a spoiler. It's as if you told someone Ana Karenina commits suicide at the end of the novel :)
ReplyDeleteYes, it's funny, as someone who has read the books and watched the ITV series (Brett) too, i find myself being really careful around this fandom because i am anxious not to spoil anyone who is coming to it fresh. It's frustrating though, because i want to ponder all the possible uses of the source material!
ReplyDeleteWell, we all know, from the books of course and even the recent movie, just what happens in Reichenbach fall, so........
ReplyDelete"Could prove difficult"? Ha! Yes, it could, in exactly the same way it proved difficult for Doyle back in 1893, or rather a bit after that...
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what this crowd makes of the same conundrum.
Can't wait to see it!!
ReplyDeleteToo bad if they can't find a way to continue this series, as it is just outstanding and the actors are so perfect in their roles.
ReplyDeleteIs the ending really a spoiler though the story was written over a hundred years ago! I guess they could not more and I would love them to but both Benedict and Martin are very busy and Moffat has a big couple of years coming up with Doctor Who
ReplyDeleteSo Moffat said this last week and now Cumberbatch...I'm wondering if perchance they are misdirecting. It's bloody obvious how the story would end isn't it, so why do they both feel they need to press the point :s
ReplyDeleteWell, yeah! If they make Reichenbach the way it was written, I should think bringing him back will be difficult.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Now, I'm worried I know how it's gonna end...
ReplyDeleteThanks
ReplyDeleteJeez i haven't even started on season one yet!
ReplyDeleteDoyle managed it, lol. I think they will all need to have a year or more break from it due to other commitments, so I'm thinking there will be an interesting twist to agonise over for quite some time XD
ReplyDelete:O You *must* watch this show, really is Brit drama at it's very best!! :D
ReplyDeleteThanks for trying not to spoil for i haven't even started yet!I finally started Downtown Abbey, and now i am going to start this.Whew,i have a back load of programs to catch up with!

ReplyDelete:D................ I think we both need a few more hours to the day! :)
