Tonight on NBC, for the third time in a row, Ricky Gervais will host the Golden Globes. When the nominations were announced, B3R4 asked us who we think will win, but not who we want to win. That's two completely different things, thus giving me the idea to publish this series of polls today, and why not include movie categories too ?

I want everything to go to The Artist and Homeland as well!
ReplyDeleteThe movies were so hard because I've only seen three of them! I chose completely random people. Brad Pitt's probably going to win.
ReplyDeleteI hope AHS, Jessica Lange, and Boardwalk Empire win.
A lot of these movies I just hadn't have the chance to see yet so I voted for actors I like and for The Artist which I am desperate to see.
ReplyDeleteTV wise probably all the shows I don't want to win will win (damn you AHS to hell)
Who I want to win:
ReplyDeleteAmerican Horror Story - Best Drama Series
Modern Family - Best Comedy Series
Bryan Cranston - Best Actor in a Drama Series
No preference - Best Actress in a Drama Series
No preference - Best Actor in a Comedy Series
Zooey Deschanel - Best Actress in a Comedy Series
Peter Dinklage - Best Supporting Actor
Jessica Lange - Best Supporting Actress
No preference - Best Mini-series/TV movie
If Maggie Smith doesn't take the award it's going to be a disgrace!
ReplyDeleteWow thank you for creating all these polls. It was a lot of fun going through them.
ReplyDeleteNormally everyone I pick never wins lol
And Jessica Lange for AHS!
ReplyDeleteclaire danes, bryan cranston!
ReplyDeleteHomeland
ReplyDeleteClaire Danes
Damien Lewis
Idris Elba for the role of John Luther
ReplyDeleteI wanted John Noble and Anna Torv to be at least nominated. But since neither of them made it. I will not watch!
ReplyDeleteI hope for Golden Globes for Game of Thrones and Homeland. Two awesome shows.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing that all my favorite to win won't win...*shrugs*
ReplyDeleteSo much love for "Bridesmaids" on these poll results! lol
ReplyDeleteAs for the Best Motion Picture prizes, I am crossing my fingers BIG TIME for "War Horse" to win!! That or "The Help". And in the comedy category, of course, "The Artist".
Can't wait to see who wins tonight! :)
ReplyDeleteJust two things to say, really:
ReplyDelete1.) The supporting actress (TV) category is a mess. Lumping together comedies, dramas, and a miniseries is downright stupid.
2.) I am saddened and disheartened at the lack of votes for Rango.
Delete that comment. I don't know what the hell's going on with the edit button these days, but it's annoying.
ReplyDelete:-)
ReplyDeleteSo you know what I voted!
My hopes: The Artist, Jean Dujardin, Bérénice Béjo, Michel Hazanavicius, The Adventures Of Tintin of course!
ReplyDeleteThen: Homeland, Claire Danes, Damian Lewis, Peter Dinklage, Downton Abbey.
And for comedy series... well I can't help thinking about Community these days, so I'm sorry I definitely cannot vote for Zooey Deschannel!
:D Yep,i do! :)
ReplyDeleteMichael Fassbender winning is a longshot, but I will still hope for it because he deserves it!!
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen a single movie this year, but lots of TV. Juliana Margulies, Amy Poehler, Jessica Lange, American Horror Story.
ReplyDeleteSo many choices, so many times I wish there was a none of the above choice.
ReplyDeleteThe Good Wife needs to be in the Best Drama category... :(
ReplyDeleteplease explain how My week w/ Marilyn is considered a comedy or musical?! hats bs and shouldnt have won for this category.
