    An awesome start to the season! Loved the new team ups and the progression in the characters/storylines since last season. Really love the quiet intensity that Lucy brings to Jessica and look forward to more of her backstory. Wasn't expecting to see Lou Diamond Phillips, but loved what he brought to the show and expect to see his character again this season.

    The episode was meh. I don't like that the writers don't come up with their own stories. They get them from the newspapers, COPS, interviewing police officers. Not much originality. I did enjoy Lucy Liu, she is a great addition to the cast. Hope the season gets better.

      You do realize your watching a cop show,all about cops and a day in the life of a cop.What happens to them in one shift.What kind of stories do you want them to tell? Of course they get ideas from men and women who protect and serve.This episode could not have gotten any better,it was awesome! I can't imagine what the other episodes are going to be like,this one was so good.....Sorry to disagree with you,but i think you have this one all wrong....
