  1. And Fiona's summer of bad decisions continues.... I liked the sfx sequence of the texts popping up onscreen, but the shot of Steve in Rio with the fake background was pretty bad...

  2. Frank as Pretty Heartless in this, I know that's in his Character to do stupid things like this but...To Prevent that girl from getting a heart was pretty low and bad as for Fiona she is showing the apple doesn't fall far from the tree in the family lol

  3. I agree... why show that shot if you couldn't get it look realistic.

  4. I just want to know if Fiona and her first love will leave the show after season 3 like  in the UK Original version of the show.  I would like to see Fiona and her boyfriend remain on the show, although I Prefer James McAvoy from the Original show to the US actor playing Fiona's boyfriend. This episode was OK

  5.  - Just when I thought Frank couldn't stoop any lower, he kills Butterface.
     - Fiona making crap decisions is definitely a recurring theme this season.
     - The fake backdrop in the Steve phone call scene was embarrassingly bad.
     - Lip seriously needs to get the hell away from Karen.  Looks aren't everything and that's all she has to offer.

  6. I'm not a big fan of Fiona this season. I'm hoping she'll get herself together soon! Lip is one of my favorite characters and I really want him away from Karen. I never liked her, probably never will. I think they work as friends, nothing more. Frank is Frank, but I can't believe he stopped Butterface from getting her heart. He did seem to have some remorse... and then he stole money from the church.

I'm glad to have Steve back. Something has been missing from the show this season and think it's what JC brought to the show. I could have gone without seeing that awful backdrop! If they weren't going to put that much effort into it, they should have just shot it in front of a bed. It was an OK episode. Didn't love it, didn't hate it.

  7. well, who the hell wouldn't prefer James McAvoy? LOL!
I just got into watching the UK version, so thanks for the heads up...I doubt it... I honestly don't see this show getting more than 4 seasons for some reason

  8. Well, last season, her teachers did say she was smart but I agree
I wouldn't have touched her with a ten foot pole after Frank had a go at her but that just shows that Lip loves Karen (well, in a puppy love kind of way)

  9. Lip has a fixation with Karen that seems to strip him of all common sense.  She's using him an cheating on her boyfriend.  This is on top of the fact she slept with Frank.  She's definitely not the kind of person you can trust in a serious relationship, which is what Lip seems to want.  Lip would be better off starting something with Mandy. (Mickey's sister)

  10. I'm really surprised that everyone is sort of judging these characters. I mean, we all know Frank is terrible so I don't know why anyone is really shocked at anything he does at this point. But I think the whole point of the show is that these characters make a lot of bad decisions and a lot of the things that they do are in the grey area of morality. To act like one character is better than another character or this character's decisions are better or worse than another character's decisions (Frank excluded) is a bit silly I think. They ALL have their faults and wrongdoings and are therefore 'Shameless' about them (sorry about the reference but I just had to lol).
