    Awesome ep. Never saw that the lawyer was on Emily's side until the dna results came back and wasn't expecting Victoria to play the rape card with regard to David Clark being Charlotte's father thereby muddying up things.... well played by the black queen. At least the Amanda distraction is out of the way (for now) and can't wait to see the fallout when the tape is found under Jack's bed....

    After watching tonights episode and Emily saying that the marriage into The Graysons family was part of her plan im hinting on a new theroy after the lie bomb dropped that got David Clarke looking like a rapist now. I think Emily is the shooter on the beach and Daniel is her new target trying to "level" Victoria for all these lies shes spreading. This is sounding more senseful or even Tyler coming back and getting Revenge on Emily by striking Daniel either way My theroy is on those two but more on Emily after tonights episode. She has more allies than i ever would have thought. Im eager to see episode 15 now and the fallout from the beach in Episode 16.

    In Pilot Flashforward Emily was seen wiping sand off her hand.It's not out of question she kills Daniel
    assuming producers don't chicken out and have not be killed or have It somebody else dead on Beach.
    They set the seed for jack to be on beach tonight by havinghim beat up and one tape still under the bed.

    I had suspecion the Lawyer was working with Emily.They had shown flashbacks of her with lawyer and In present he saw her and made no reaction.Yes she was black haired at time but still.That was one
    twist I saw coming.Didn't see Charolote as Emily's half sister or Victoria lying to Daniel about how she was conceived.

    Awesome ep!  Was anyone able to get a better clue on the tape left under Jack's bed.  How much trouble would Amanda have saved herself if she'd told FauxAmanda the truth in the first place?  Victoria. Victoria. Victoria.  Letting Daniel believe you were raped.  Short term solution at best.  It also seemed a little beneath Victoria.  I guess I expected better tap dancing to get out of that one but...in terms of keeping Daniel from mentioning it to Charlotte it was really effective.  And she didn't even have to ask Daniel not to tell her.  (I was stunned that Daniel actually used the phrase "forced himself"  that just felt like such an odd turn of phrase for Daniel.)  Can someone refresh my memory.  Is there a secret about Daniel's crash that we haven't heard yet or did they lay that to rest?

    I'm still not really clear on how marrying Daniel is going to count as revenge against Victoria...somehow getting at his money doesn't seem Amanda's style.  I have a feeling when we find out the back end of that plan it'll be fun.

    I didn't expect the lawyer to be one of Amanda's connections.  I was trying to figure out how the test results got fixed...that was pretty sweet.

    And Nolan is the best friend EVER.  He may not be very good at fisticuffs but he's not afraid to call Amanda on it when she starts to spiral out of control.  I love the guy.

    Wow this show just spin's you in different direction's every week and i love it.
    Jack is going to find that tape and will blackmail Victoria.  I'm also thinking that the hitman that Victoria has hired maybe now kills Conrad.
    Didn't see the lawyer twist of him working with Emily that was great set up.
