    Michael's sister give up the baby she wanted to foster.E-Mo's gesture to help the patient.Rita's reaction when Michael leaves for the clinic.Anna disappearing every time Michael looks back.

    I just joined the show after catching up over the Christmas break, must say I'm glad this episode was a little less Michael-focused: I get that the show is about him, but if they don't want it just to be a weird version of House there needs to be a wider angle lens. I can't quite figure out the relationship dynamics at the moment, which is keeping me interested, and I like the two separate but linked storylines (and the clever episode titles!). Hope we get a follow-up with some of the Clinica's patients...
