    my thoughts exactly.i guess kathryn will either say she's got an incurable disease or that she's pregnant or something,then they'll go down a guilt trip and he wont be able to leave her.

    I don't mind Kathryn.  She seems like a decent enough person but her fairytale counterpart, Princess Abigail, seems like a stone-cold ice queen who doesn't give a damn about Prince Charming.

    Why would she give a damn about Charming? The only time we've seen her in fairytale land is the day her father sells her to a guy where she basically has no say and has to get married and presumably force out some heirs to his throne. Not exactly circumstances that would make you super happy warm princess.

    You've got that completely backward.  It was obvious by the Abigail's "I guess he'll do" reaction and uninterested demeanor that if she didn't approve of Charming, Daddy would have called off the whole thing.  She didn't strike me as a daughter who hears the word "no" very often.  It's Charming that's the indentured servant in this situation.  I have no doubt that if Abigail didn't want this wedding, all she'd have to do is snap her fingers.
