JESS BEFRIENDS THE LOFT'S LANDLORD ON AN ALL-NEW "NEW GIRL" TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, ON FOX

Directed by Peyton Reed ("Yes Man," "The Break-Up," "Bring It On")

Against Nick's wishes, Jess makes it her mission to get the loft's cantankerous landlord (guest star Jeff Kober, "Sons of Anarchy") to like her. In doing so, she inadvertently jeopardizes their living situation and the guys are forced to admit they've made some "unofficial" changes to the apartment. Meanwhile Schmidt tries to decipher what he thinks are mixed signals from his boss Kim (guest star Gillian Vigman) in the all-new "The Landlord" episode of NEW GIRL airing Tuesday, Feb. 7 (9:00-9:31 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
