TORONTO, January 10, 2012– Lauren Holly (NCIS, Rookie Blue, Dumb & Dumber) lands a guest star role on one episode of Showcase’s #1 original series, Lost Girl. Holly plays Sadie, a celebrity Afreet, a fae who literally feeds off the adulation of her fans. Holly is set to appear in the midseason premiere on Sunday, January 22 at 9.p.m ET/PT when Lost Girl returns with all new season two episodes.

Lost Girl follows the tale of Bo (Anna Silk), the tough yet loveable Succubus who survives by feeding off sexual energy. Season two finds Bo struggling to stay free and questioning her morals and beliefs; all the while an ancient evil force grows more powerful and threatens the very existence of the Fae.

In the episode titled “Midnight Lamp,” Bo continues to ponder The Ash’s shocking proposal. She agrees to his interim request to track down and capture an Afreet – an adulation-craving movie star (Holly). When the assignment becomes complicated and dangerous, Bo finds herself trapped with the most unlikely partner.

Lost Girl is produced by Prodigy Pictures, in association with Shaw Media, and is filmed in Toronto.

  2. Holly's character doesn't seem so interesting but I really like the plot of the episode she's in.
